We booked Stacey several months ahead of our scheduled date, online and via email. She was responsive to our emails and when the appointed time came she showed up promptly and worked her magic on my wife and a little bit on me. The conversation flowed and we felt like we were connecting again with an old friend. The time flew by and my wife was so please with her «look» for our special day! Even though this was a twenty year anniversary vow renewal we felt as if we were getting married for the first time and Stacey’s professionalism and promptness was much appreciated. I know, because I used to be a wedding photographer and I have seen all that can go horribly wrong! You can sit back and relax and let her work her magic!

Stacey and her team did an amazing job on hair and makeup the day of my wedding! I had about 11 people total doing hair/​makeup the day of the wedding and I was so impressed how calm Stacey and her team were. We stayed on schedule and definitely provided some entertainment with such a lively bridal party. Stacey is very professional, personable, and accommodating. All of my bridesmaids were impressed with the final product and everyone looked absolutely beautiful. Stacey used air brush makeup and I was impressed at how natural the makeup looked. Stacey also did a great job with my makeup for my engagement photos. I knew I could trust her on my wedding day. I would recommend her services to anyone and will definitely use her in the future. I cannot forget this lady (Stacey) who made me look glamorous on my wedding day! Like one reviewer said, she is a «miracle worker.» I would call her the «Picasso of make-​up artistry.» She has the gift to make anyone beautiful on their special day. Although I did not have the chance to do a trial, she did my make– up the way I described it: a make-​up that I would still be able see «myself» in the mirror. As vague as it sounds, Stacey accomplished it so effortlessly. She was able to capture my thoughts and put it into action. Stacey, I will forever be grateful.

Stacey was fantastic! Upon meeting her at my trial, I instantly felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands. She took her time to ensure that my bridesmaids and I loved our looks. The airbrushing looked beautiful and so natural. I received so many compliments on my hair and makeup. I would highly recommend Stacey!

Stacey was a dream to work with. She and her assistant, Rachelle, came to our venue exactly at the time they said they would to start working on myself, 7 bridesmaids, 2 mothers and 2 last minute makeup requests. They finished just in time for the first look. Everyone was extremely happy with both their hair and makeup– which speaks for the quality of their work as well as their patience, speed and talent. All of the girls looked beautiful and I never felt more beautiful, as myself, and as a bride. Thank you both for your hard work and for giving up your Halloween morning!

I literally had the BEST experience with the Beauty By Stacey team! My original makeup artist was no longer able to make my wedding and I was left trying to find a new stylist about 3 days out! I called places left and right and was disgusted at how rude some stylists were b/​c I was trying to book last minute. I’d lost all hope when I called Stacey, but to my surprise she was so sweet and understanding! Unfortunately she was unavailable but what I truly appreciated was that she worked so hard to find someone on her team who could accomodate my needs. Her customer service is outstanding (and absolutely what every stressed out bride NEEDS) and she was able to find 2 women on her team that were able to work with me: Tiana and Marcella. Both were INCREDIBLE! Marcella did all of my bridesmaids hair and they all turned out fabulous. Tiana did my hair and makeup and I couldn’t have been more happy with the result. Not only that, she was so sweet and you can tell she genuinely wanted to do anything she could to make sure I was happy with the product. I really felt that I was having a friend take care of me, which really helped to calm my nerves that day. I love her so much that I even called her to do my hair for the Marine Corp. Ball! I would highly recommend Beauty By Stacey to anyone who is not only looking for fabulous hair and makeup, but also for exceptional service :)

I contacted Stacey last year when I was looking into a make-​up artist for my wedding. I rarely wear more than a tinted moisturizer, nude eye, and chapstick so when I began my search for someone to do my wedding makeup I was very nervous I would have a hard time finding someone who would get me. Fast forward to finding Stacey through Unilocal and I finally had my trial with her before my engagement photo session. She was seriously FANTASTIC! I even asked later for a couple of changes and she was so accommodation and really wanted me to feel comfortable and look my best. Fast forward again to my wedding day and «miracle worker» sums it up! I had a blemish under my lip that I was so nervous about covering up and she worked her magic! Her and her team also did hair and makeup for my 4 bridesmaids and flower girl… they were all thrilled with their looks! She made me feel so beautiful and I would recommend her to everyone. I even recommended her to a girlfriend who was in a frantic last minute search for a makeup artist and she absolutely adored Stacey as well. My girlfriend and I have very different makeup styles and yet she did exactly what we each wanted and made us both equally thrilled!
So to sum it up… Stacey and her team ROCKS!

Can’t say enough great things about Stacey and my experience with her. She was so sweet, fun, accommodating and awesome at her job! She even drove all the way to Temecula on a holiday weekend to do my hair & makeup trial! She made me & my bridesmaids look so beautiful, I cannot thank her enough. I am new to the San Diego area so when I got engaged, I had absolutely no clue who to choose to do my hair and make up for engagement pictures! I came across Beauty By Stacey and absolutely loved her work! From emailing back and forth to her doing my hair and make up, she was professional and captured the exact look I was wanting! I will hopefully be doing my bridals in San Diego as well and will definitely be using her again!

Stacey and her team were AMAZING! I booked her about 7 – 8 months before our wedding. We did our trial mid-​July and I knew she was the one! I honestly don’t trust ANYONE with my make up, especially fake lashes, she nailed it! They look natural and didn’t bother me at all throughout the whole day and night. I even fell asleep with my make-​up on and everything was still intact!
Stacey, came to our hotel suite to get us all ready. She was there by 6:50am to start at 7am. She is TALENTED! All my girls LOVED her! We all got full service (hair and make-​up) and it was soo nice to have her get us all ready, while we were trying to a million other things via phone/​email/​text.
Honestly, without Stacey I would have not only been in a panic mode, but also looked like a hot mess-​which I was feeling! She nailed my make-​up and hair! She is sooo sweet and easy to get along with. My make-​up was perfect, my hair was amazing! I got soo many compliments. «I had a friend tell me I can see your eyelashes from across the room» and I thanked her, but couldn’t take credit for it! Stacey listened to exactly what I wanted (like full lashes!) and even before my dress was on I felt like a bride already! As soon as my dress went on I felt like I was glowing (until I was ready to walk down that aisle– it was so nerve-​wrecking!)!
Stacey did 5 full hair and make-​ups, 1 MOB, 3 FGs and she even accomodated last minute add ons (a few of my Bms wanted airbrush after seeing what it looked like on me). She didn’t seem to rush us at all– even though her sons bday party was that day! She was patience and all n all just wanted to make me look like a gorgeous bride! I even had my now husbands friend tell me «You usually look pretty, but tonight you look like you belong on the big-​screen» Lol. Take note, he told me that after the wedding was over — my dress was heavy (I was hot for a period of time, I was dancing and just thought my hair would be done at that point). It is all thanks to Stacey and her team that I was still able to feel like the beautiful bride all brides should experience!
She even left me a lipgloss for the color I was wearing for touch-​ups! She is understanding and just such a joy to work with! If you are looking for a make-​up artist for any occasion this is your girl! Her pricing is amazing considering how talented she is. When I looked at my final look I wanted to cry!

I should have wrote this review last week as our wedding was 9.26.15, but I almost think the last couple months-​even years after a wedding is the days you want to do NOTHING, hence a HM! :)

Stacey came highly recommended by a friend of mine when I was having a meltdown about not being able to find a make-​up artist. Stacey was amazing and professional. She did my makeup for my engagement shoot as a trial then did it for my wedding. The airbrush was perfect! I usually have difficult oily skin that makeup melts off of but it stayed all night! I cried a few times and nothing ran! Oh and my hair looked amazing! It usually doesn’t hold a curl well since its so thick and straight but those curls held way past when we landed for our honeymoon! They did my entire bridal party hair and makeup, flower girl and both moms! Everybody looked amazing!

I cannot begin to express how much I wanted Beauty by Stacey to do the make up for my wedding, and couldn’t be happier when she was able to do it!!!
She and her assistant, Rachelle, came to the hotel room exactly at 7AM like I had asked, she had my make up, and 5 other ladies make up to do, and HOLY COW, everyone looked flawless and naturally beautiful! All my bridesmaids asked for the «natural» look and she of course being a natural beauty herself, did so effortlessly!
The one thing that makes Stacey stands out from anyone else is her talent. I completely changed my make up look, a couple days before my wedding and Stacey got the look to be exactly how I pictured it in my mind without a trial! (I had 1 trial with her and did two separate looks, both I changed my mind on) Stacey also waited for me to get my hair done (40ish minutes), so she could air brush my back tan lines out!
You will not find anyone better than Stacey, I promise you!!!

Stacey and her team did an AMAZING job on our wedding day. I’m a very picky person and wanted to find the perfect hair and makeup person for our big day. I heard about Stacey from word of mouth as well as from online reviews, did some research and did not hesitate to contact her right away. She was very prompt in responding and communicated back and forth as if we were already friends.
I would definitely recommend Beauty by Stacey to anyone who’s looking for a hair and makeup artist. Her team is extremely professional and will take good care of you! I did a trial with Stacey and she is personable and a fun person to be around. The airbrush stuff works wonders and is SO worth it. It doesn’t leave you feeling cakey and it looks very natural. I was bummed when I found out she had another wedding that day but that did not stop her team from doing what they do best. Stacey and her team did hair and makeup for my bridesmaids, mother of the bride and groom, and myself. They were amazing! She is skilled at airbrushing and makes you look flawless yet so natural. I also really loved how affordable her services are but I think the best part is that her personality makes it such a joy to get done up by her! She is so sweet and accommodating. I am so happy I chose her for my wedding.

I absolutely love Stacey!!! She is so great to work with. She put me at ease and made everything go accordingly. She was absolutely responsive during the entire planning process and made the day of go by beautifully. She listened to all of my needs as well as my bridal parties likes and dislikes for make up. She got there bright and early and set up given that it was raining and fridays usually has rush hour traffic. I love that she planned ahead for all of that, Everything went according to schedule with lots of time to spare. With such a busy day ahead of you having your make done by my pro gets the day started right! My bridesmaids are still talking about how she fit right in. I would recommend her services to any bride.

If you need makeup done for your wedding, stop searching! Stacey is the best! Not only did she make me feel absolutely drop-​dead gorgeous on my wedding day, she (and her assistant!) was SO FUN to get ready with in the morning. She is bubbly and goofy and wonderful. You feel like your friend is doing your makeup on your big day.
Her talent is obvious when you look through her portfolio. But I was also very impressed with how quickly they were able to get through 5 bridesmaids, myself, and 4 family members! We were ready ahead of schedule! Amazing.

Stacey helped me get ready for prom and was very accommodating and sweet! We were running 30 minutes late, and she waited for us and even got my hair and makeup finished pretty early. Stacey is fun to talk to, and makes the process go by quickly. She definitely made me feel beautiful going to prom. Very affordable rate that includes airbrushing, lashes, and a cute little touch up lip gloss, something that salons would usually charge extra for.

Loved the work by Stacey and team. I got the natural look I was going for, but with a touch of glam. My hair looked super soft, which I love. I have recommended Beauty by Stacey to friends and they were also very pleased with their wedding day style!
