I grew up in this area in the latter part of my teens and the people that live in the area are friendly and a great place to raise your kids. The actual condo organization is a little strict, but they want to ensure that everyone is on the same page and no add-ons make them stand out from the others. The landscapers that keep up the property do a real good job and makes the place presentable. I just wish the organization would change their color scheme to something a little bit more brighter. The browns were cool in the 80’s, time to get up with the times!
