Great Customer service, came in needed a key they took care of it right away, great attitude awesome staff highly recommend.

Don’t use Busy Bees for a transponder key. I called for a quote for a transponder key. It was $ 90 and I come by any time for it — no appointment needed. I drive 40 miles to their location to find out they don’t have the key for my vehicle and I would need to make an appointment but the price was still $ 90. Called back a week later to make an appointment and was told they had the key and it could be done that day for $ 100. Instead, we made an appointment and got them to agree to the $ 90 quote we had been given twice before. Drove 40 miles again on the day of the appointment to find that they did not have the key and that the price was now $ 140 despite the fact that I had been quoted $ 90 THREE TIMES. I argued they quoted me $ 90 to no avail. Terrible. Big waste of time. Big bait and switch. Please note that despite the response below, there was no attempt to call me before the appointment and there was no discount offered.

Busy Bee Locks and Keys is the best. Needed an extra key for a car so went to Walmart but the key didn’t work. Looked online and found Busy Bee Locks and Keys Locksmith. Cindy was prompt in responding to our emails. Jamie made sure the key worked. The service was excellent! We highly recommend this business.

My company has used these guys on multiple occasions. Their price is fair compared to other locksmiths. Still high though. They are quick to get to you and get whatever you need unlocked. We’ll continue to work with this company.

I had a wonderful experience with busy bee locksmith. I accidentally locked my car keys of my VW Jetta. I called in at 1pm and they told me to wait 45 minutes. So i waited for 1 hour and then called them again. According to the secretary the technician was behind schedule wish I understood. So she was nice enough that she closed the shop to come help me. She came with in 10 minutes. She was very nice and professional and it took her only about 14 minutes to get it done. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Had a key made for my motorcycle — Yamaha R6. Works perfect. Better than my original actually — gas tank, AND rear cowl too.

Contacted Busy Bees for repair of my front door dead bolt lock. Locksmith showed up next day for appointment right on time. It took less than twenty minutes to complete repairs and cost was less than what I was quoted on phone when setting up appointment. Would use again if needed.

Busy Bee was very responsive in responding to my request and Jennifer arrived on time and had my door open in less than 15 minutes. Next time you do something stupid and lock yourself out – Call the experts at Busy Bee. Her car’s paint job is pretty cool too

Recently went to Vegas and lost my car key. Google gave me this business and I gave them a call. They scheduled an appointment for someone to come by about 2 hours later. I was called back by Jerry a half hour later and he told me he could come by in 10 minutes! Not only did he come by earlier than expected, he was a great conversationalist while he was working. Very friendly and very welcoming.
He made the key very quickly and programmed it for me, explaining everything and answering all my questions along the way. The price was easily, EASILY half of what the dealership quoted me. The key even looks like the newer model key with working remote and sensor and all. Highly highly recommend, and will certainly keep them in mind for all future business of this nature.

Over the top effort!!! Jennifer, her husband Jerry and Tim were unbelievable. Initially, they had a difficult time locating a 3 button key for my daughter’s Yaris. They insisted that they would drive over to my home as soon as they located the correct blank rather than waste my time waiting. Two hours later Jennifer called and told me that they were on their way over. Half an hour later my daughter had the key to her first car. This is a family owned business and is the model for American small business!!! Thanks again.

I needed a transponder key copied and I guess I caught Busy Bees on an off day. The woman who was there was clearly not happy to be at work. She appeared annoyed that I needed a key. She used foul language with her co-​worker and in the presence of a young boy. I assumed it was her son. She also complained about her employer. FYI that is considered to be unprofessional. Had my kids been there, I would have walked out. The fellow who ended up doing the work had to call several people to figure out how to make the key. He was much friendlier than the woman and was trying to get the key made. It took a while and cost me $ 100. Maybe if the owner was there it would have been different.

They are awesome, I accidentally locked myself out this morning n thank goodness they were able to show up within 30 min. The representative that showed up really took care of the matter.

Family owned business that takes pride in their service and workmanship. I got my car keys copied in a jiffy. It came with a smile from the service rep!

Great service, I mean GREAT service. They had blanks for my Suzuki Vstrom in stock as well as a blank that worked for my Kappa top case. Amazing… BBL&KL you rock.
Wish I looked here first for the 60 percent off coupon but they are worth the price without also.
