Ok to start off im a girl that doesnt know much about cars so off the bat im skeptic of where i go. i have been a loyal customer to express tire for 6years and when i needed something i went straight to them. This time i needed tires cuz lets say mines werent that pretty anymore and my mom brought me here and let me tell you Jose was awesome he gave me different prices cheap to expensive and gave me estimation for other things i wanted to get and they were way cheaper then express tires!!! The point is i got my car back and it runs so smooth with its new shoes ! They absolutely have me as a New client! Thanks Jose

I have been going to Tire World for 10 years. I live in LA now; but when I needed new tires, I knew this was the place to go (Though I did get a quote from Costco first, on a recommendation, but Tire World was better!) I was bummed to hear about Ruben having retired (great for him though!) but Frank was truly just as awesome!
He found me great tires, took care of my incessant questions and was an absolute pleasure to work with! When I got a staple in a tire that couldn’t be fixed, he walked me through the warranty (GET THE WARRANTY) found me a ‘Tire Pros’ in LA to get a new one and again answered any and all questions, making me feel at ease about the entire process.
While I may have taken care of that elsewhere, I’ll still take my car to Tire World if I can!

Randy always takes care of me and everyone I send here. Professional, courteous, and honest. There is NO better place to take your vehicle, trust me.

First time to take my car here for a check engine light. Randy was very friendly and took care of the problem so smoothly. Will definitely return for my future car services.

They gave me an estimate of «a couple hours» but offered to give me a ride back to my office while they did the work. They called after 45 minutes and it was ready!
They gave me the coupon price from their website without me even asking for it. I feel like these guys are trustworthy and knowledgable. I’ll definitely be back.

We pulled up on a Saturday as he was locking up and the owner, Randy, eagerly greeted us like he had been waiting for us. He unlocked, went in, and completely took care of us, ordering the hard to get special Mercedes tire we wanted, etc. We could hardly believe it.
We tried to thank him and he completely wouldn’t even take the compliment, and instead told us how much his customers mean to him, and that we were the ones to be thanked.
Then, after taking care of us, as we were driving away, we saw him again getting in his car to leave after locking up. Another customer drove up. Again, we saw him get out of his car and re-​open to go back in and serve his customers.
It isn’t often I can’t WAIT to write a review, but this man should give lessons to the rest of the world on what it means to be a business. Customer service plus plus plus. We should all take a page out of his book. We will never go anywhere else again.

My first time here and I will most definitely come back. Friendly service and fast is just part of why I highly recommend this place. The fact that the ordered my tires overnight without charging me and trusting that I was coming to get them is very good practice of great customer service.

Bad customer service. Up to now I’m still here waiting for my car to finish. I’m having them replace my u joints on my drive shaft and align my tires. I’ve been here for 4 hours now and they only have half of one out the of the two u joints out. Randy told me it would take 1 ½ hours. Only to tell me 3 hours later it’s still going to take another 40 minutes to finish the u joints and that still doesn’t account the time it takes to do the alignment. Next time go to Sears. They have better warranty and better wait times
update, as i waited randy come up to me and tells me that the u joints were finished. also, he included the alignment for free. upon bringing it out he was having it test driven and said that the vibration was still there. he went back out and told me that the caps for the u joints had fallen out. at this point my blood was boiling but he was absolutely kind enough to refund my money, all of it. we came to an agreement to pay half. on top of that because of the wait time he also gave me a free oil change (synthetic) and new oil filter. because of his commitment to customer satisfactory, he has earned me as a new customer. im going back in today to get that free alignment.
overall do not be afraid to come here for all your car needs. he will take care of you in a timely manner and if that doesnt happen he will make it right.
(ohh and his employee offered me a free lunch at zorbas while i was pacing the floor yesterday) which i will probably try today)

They offer fantastic service. I brought my Mercedes in, and they were able to whip out a B service same day I called. Super fast, super friendly, and a price at 70% off the dealership quoted rate for the same service.
They are very friendly over there.

I got my second oil change here last month and have nothing but great things to say. The service is wonderful, quick and friendly. Finally a place where I can trust the employees to take good care of my car. These guys really care about doing the best job and making sure you leave happy.

Okay. First of all, I honestly don’t have any idea about cars. But even if I’m not an expert, I know what good customer service and honest work means.
I have my check engine light on and ofcourse I don’t know where to go, so I ended up checking Unilocal.With all the good reviews, I was excited that I found a decent spot for fixing cars. NOT!
The manager said, I just need change oil and that’s it. They’ll rotate my tires and inspect my car for free.
So, okay.. I said, sweet. After 2 hours of wait. Frank said, my car is fixed and everything is okay. Tires are fine, alignment is perfect and computer analysis (whatever that means) says car is good to go.
While driving home, I heard a weird sound in my car. But ofcourse I said, maybe because the tires just got rotated. But after 5 days, been hearing that weird sound getting louder and smell like burnt tires. I felt uncomfortable driving it.
So went back to the shop, and said that i have a broken hub assembly and tire bearing. Asking me $ 530 just for one tire! I told them that if they really inspected my car, they should have seen that my bearing is worn out. The man said, we’ll we didn’t test drive it so we won’t realize that your hub assembly is broken. So i asked for my key back and said, I’ll just take it somewhere, it took 20 minutes before they returned my keys.
So i left and went to another car shop, had my 2 rear tires bearing and hub assembly fixed for $ 300! The shop also showed me that my car has bent rods and alignment is off! Which i was surprised Cherniss tire world failed to see.

Last week I decided it was time to purchase new tires for my vehicle. Unfortunately I do not know much about tires.
However, what I do know a lot about is finding the best price and the best service.
I spent one hour making phone calls asking for quotes on tires.
None of the automotive/​tire shops I called could compare with the knowledge, professionalism, and customer service I received speaking with Randy at Cherniss Tire World.
I gave Randy a call back once I decided I would purchase my tires at Cherniss Tire World. He told me has the tires in stock and would hold them for me. It was already 4 o’clock and I asked him if I could have the tires installed same day. He assured me it is not a problem and I would get my new tires on within the same day as long as I came in before 5.
I drove over to Tire World and handed my keys to Randy.
The entire service from beginning to end took about 30 minutes. Much quicker then I anticipated. I chatted with Randy while my tires were being put on. Very cool guy who has over 30 years of experience in the automotive and tire business. Also has a passion for golf (like me). I will only be letting Randy and Tire World touch my car going forward.
I can tell great customer service is important to Cherniss Tire World. A++++
