They lied to me over the phone wasted my time an after I drove all the way down there lied to me about something else! their own boss backed up the person who lied to me. horrible experience do not trust this location!

I was very impressed by the shop. I originally thought they were going to gallery, but no they’re very professional they handle business and I pay exactly what I was quoted.
I would definitely recommend using his place for smog and look for coupons on the website for this place that’s all I want to say thank you.

The lowest price I could find in Chula Vista — in and out in ~15 minutes!

stay away from here! they said i did not pass smog due to o2 sensor issues!!!
i didnt believe them since im a part time mechanic. i took it somewhere else and i passed the smog test.

Total rip off! Took my car for a smog test. They only had 1 car waiting. They told us its going to take 1 hour. When we came back, it says it failed due to failed o2 sensors.
First of all, why the heck would 1 simple. smog check take longer than 1 hour? Ir shouldnt take any more than 10 mins. 2 cars should not take longer than 30 mins.
Second, they tried to rip me off by falsely saying i didnt pass smog. Im sure they took off the the o2 sensor before running the test.
Took it somewhere else and passed the smog test flawlessly.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP! HE WILL RIP YOU OFF AND GIVE YOU FALSE INFORMATION!
Exactly like what someone else here said «lo barato sale caro». Cheap POS places like this shop will become expensive. Of course, by ripping you off!!!

At the end of May this year, I needed a smog check to register my car. I drove in without an appointment. In about 15 minutes and for less than $ 70, my 15 year old SUV was finished and the info transmitted to the DMV. They were fast, courteous, fair, and friendly.

Found this place on a recommendation from my mechanic. If you need a Star Certified Smog Check Center, THIS is the place to go. I was greeted as soon as I got up to the door, and was greeted by Chris and Eddie (who also had a shirt that said Chris on it… these guys have a great sense of humor). They took me right away, and the smog check was Super Fast! Literally, about 20 minutes after I arrived, I had my paperwork and was on my way! I will definitely be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on. Thanks, guys!!!

I got a tune up here and it was fast and painless. I called the shop ahead of time and Eddie told me to bring it by anytime and they’d help me out. It didn’t take long and there was a waiting area at the car dealership nearby which is my favorite dealership because its where I got my car XD lol. I asked them if an air filter is included in the tune up and they said no but Eddie said they would replace mine if needed. When he told me it was dirty I asked if I could see and he walked over to the car and showed me no questions asked. Eddie is very helpful and Chris the owner is so nice they will take care of you. I locked my keys in my car at the gas station one time and Chris the owner helped me out. The guys here are helpful honest and reliable!

I came in for an oil change about a week ago. Chris the owner greeted and was very welcoming about what options were available for my vehicle. Prices were reasonable and service was quick. I will definitely be coming back to this shop more often.

I went on 3-​23-​2015 for oil change. First, they didn’t honor their own coupon for oil change because the employee mentioned that they were losing money on it and he also mentioned that «lo barato sale Caro» which means that cheap prices end up been expensive at the end, that was the stupid excuse. Anyways, I paid for regular price for oil change and asked to check all fluids because my transmission oil I thought was low, so at the end they tried to sell me extra services which I said no thank you, so he said, then you car is ready. I paid and asked if my car was ok in our the fluids and he said that he put transmission oil, and other fluids, so I was surprised that my car needed other fluids, so I asked the employee that did the service in my car what fluids he needed to put on my car and he said none, what about transmission? He reply, none, it didn’t need nothing, so I go back to the cashier and asked him why he said they put transmission fluid and other fluids needed in my car? So he didn’t know what to respond. Clearly, he lied just so they look good and tried to sell me more services… so disappointed of their integrity!

Rude unprofessional no manners no thank yous for choosing our shop. stared at my books the whole time during our money transaction. perverted rude men. blah. never again.

Came in a while back to get service done on my honda because it had the check engine light on. The so-​called mechanic tells me it’s gonna take some work because it had to do with gas fumes. Long story short, he ended up charging me 300.00!!! So I thought the problem was fixed. …Wrong!!! Took the care back and was told it’s something else. Are you kidding me. Stay away from this place, they will rip you off.

reply– I came to your shop months ago, I just got around to doing a review. as Passing by your shop often It keeps irking me. I had a complete brake job done w/​rotors. You guys told me They were warped and «glazed» pfft. and I Don’t review businesses the same day. I talk about my feelings and opinions that I have based on my experiences with using whatever services I get. I stand by my reviews. and I’m not going down to your shop getting in a confrontation because you don’t like what I said. It was true. and I reviewed two car dealerships when I was buying my car.

I go there for everything that happens to my Porsche Cayenne because the dealership is such a rip off, Chris the head mechanic is a stand up guy! He always tells me what’s wrong with my car without trying to up sell me on random things. I literally go to him for everything (oil changes, brakes, fuel pumps which the dealer wanted to charge my 2k for) I recommend this place to everyone I know because they are honest people making an honest living. Great pricing, great people, you really don’t meet mechanics like him now a days!

Came in for an oil change, great prices & super fast service. Did the inspection, found some things wrong with my car that I had already knew about. (didn’t try to over exaggerate the problem or «up-​sell» me like other shops). Gave me a way cheaper price than Evans Tires had previously quoted me. I’ll definitely be back to get the work done.
