I came here as a result of referrals. I thought the medical office building was a bit shabby, but I wouldn’t rate a place soley on appearance. The women in the office were very friendly, and made me feel comfortable by talking to me. I thought this seemed like a good start because they were lively and talkative. However, I wasn’t very pleased with the Dr. It may be because it was the end of the day or because it was raining, but the Dr. seemed like he was bored, and he acted very condescending when I tried asking him questions about my condition. He didn’t seem to want to explain anything to me, and would answer as briefly as possible. Sometimes he would ignore my questions altogether and not address them at all. I really disliked that most of all — I think aloofness can be overlooked, but purposefully trying to pick and choose which of my questions to answer, I was getting irritated SO two stars for the front office.

The office was set up with an area for everything. Seemed odd at first but was rather efficient. The whole front office staff was friendly and had smiles for everyone while I was there. The DR, was pleasant and wanted to actually have a conversation with you. Picked up my trial contacts and put them in at work. They didn’t seem right. I called and the girl asked me to hold just a moment. She apologized the wrong prescription for my trials were ordered. She apologized again, verified some information and promised to have the right ones the next day. She even offered to mail them to my home since it was a holiday week and i might be too busy to come by again. I like a place that admits an error and is willing to go out of their way to make it easy on you. So I didn’t take any points away for it. Mistakes happen. In general, they are very friendly and the doctors treat you like a patient not cattle.
