They placed us in a room where our door did not shit all the way, despite thinking it had after it slammed behind us. Someone came in a stole over $ 1,000 worth or cash and jewelry while we were gone. We came back to our room in shambles and stuff thrown everywhere. After contacting the hotel, security came upstairs and took pictures and had us fill out paperwork. After that we went down and talked to hotel management, who did NOTHING. now they have a police report on file and a law suit waiting to happen. WORST customer service EVER! Didn’t care about us or our missing stuff that was THEIR fault. Maybe don’t put someone in that room! I’m SO upset.
