Came into Honda Fuller after viewing there Unilocal reviews and I have to say Zach the service advisor Made me feel welcome being from out of town this is huge. He was very knowledgeable and had me in and out of there in No time. I saw the pervious review and I have to say I didn’t experience any of the issues. I would recommend coming in talking to Zach for any Honda needs!

I have been coming to honda for 6 years simply because of the service department. Ive had different makes of cars and after being scammed so much and finally finding a service department that is HONEST I ONLY buy Honda vehicles for this reason alone. All the guys in the service department are so dedicated, respectful and hardworking. Angel, Kevin, Zach, Frank and Jorge. My Go-​To is ANGEL!!! Since I put wayy too many miles on my car, I am there so often, Angel helps me anywhere from once to three times a month. Whether i have something unexpected happen (as typically tends to) Angel is always there for me announced or unannounced. He helps explain what my car needs so I actually understand, tells me honestly what can wait, works with me to figure out dilemmas and never tells me lies to upsale me. If he says its needed i trust it based on the great reputation he and the other guys built with me alone. If Angel isn’t around I have another 4 great advisors to count on! The other day my battery died suddenly 45 minutes before Honda closed and i was running so late for work. One call and Kevin had the battery, mechanic, and paperwork ready for me. I was in and out within 15 minutes!
ZACH is also AWESOME! Great Attitude, professional and courteous, he CARES! Just saw a negative review about him. I think the issue was probably the customer and not him. I’ve never seen anything but positive treatment from him towards customers and I’m here A LOT!
Walk in any day and they are slammed with customers but never too busy to help me. Especially Angel! Also the shuttle driver Jerry is awesome! He’s a really nice guy, funny and is a timely and safe driver! All the sales, finance, parts, cashiers, mechanics and car wash guys are so friendly. I’m not just saying that… I’m here THAT much. I love this dealership in general! Trust Them!

This review is for their SERVICE department.
I brought my 2009 Honda Pilot in today at 12 NOON for a «B123» major service including a multi-​point inspection, Fuel Induction Cleaning service, and Brake Pad replacement for a total of $ 793 including parts, labor, and taxes. My service advisor was Zach Dow. Not until 3:50pm did I receive a call from Zach that my B123 service was almost done, but my brake pads still needed to be changed. At first, he says that it might not be done today and if I can pick my car up tomorrow morning at 9am. After having my car for almost 4 hours, you would think that the service would be completed the same day. However, although it would be an inconvenience, I stated that I would like them to do a good job and not rush. He calls back at 4:50pm to tell me that the service department was able to finish the work today after all. Their shuttle picks me up and I arrive at 5:45 pm, just 15 minutes before the service department closes.
A B123 service costing almost $ 400 in itself includes a MULTI-​POINT inspection. The very first item on the list is to CHECK THE HEADLIGHTS. As I was about to leave, I asked if they changed my front headlight on the driver’s side, which had been out. Turns out it was NEVER CHANGED. When we referred back to my paperwork — the service person had marked it «satisfactory» when obviously the HEADLIGHT WAS OUT.
To Zach’s credit, he went to the parts department and found a poor service guy who still happened to be there to help change my headlight in the parking space. After 15 minutes trying to get the bulb in, the service guy finally realizes that the parts guy accidentally gave him the wrong bulb. At last, the front headlight was changed at about 6:20pm after closing and almost everyone had gone home for the day. I also mentioned that my foglight on the passenger’s side was out too, and asked whether this is something the service department would also check during their inspection.
With almost $ 800 of service, how can I trust whether any of the items that they serviced and inspected were actually performed??? Zach even asked me to not mention this in the customer survey.
However, the last straw was when I came home to put my 3 year old in his carseat, which is in the backseat directly behind the front passenger seat and noticed that the passenger seat was unusually adjusted farther back and in a lower reclined position as if someone taller was sitting there and laying back. Thus making the legroom for my 3 year-​old smaller in the back and tighter for me to get him in and out of the car seat. Now why would the passenger seat be adjusted like that? I can only imagine that while my car was being taken for a test drive after the ~$ 270 brake pad replacement, my car was used for a joy ride!
When customers bring their cars to be serviced at dealerships, they put their trust in the mechanics and service department that they are doing their job ACCURATELY AND THOROUGHLY so that when the customer drives off the lot, they can be reassured and feel safe. But after my experience today, the service department at Fuller Honda showed that they are SLOPPY, UNTRUSTWORTHY, and UNPROFESSIONAL. Instead of being satisfied with my service, I left feeling very doubtful on whether my car was actually serviced correctly. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

So dissapoint with them. I tried to buy a car. Where I put money on the downpayment. The process did not go through so I returned the car back to them and I did not get all of my money back. They charged me for things that I was never told If the process whouldn’t succed.

Awesome place to get a factory oil change for next to nothing!
Much less than Walmart and or Firestone!!!

We have just bought our second car here. Both times we were assisted by Gilbert Amador. Gilbert is 100% professional, and patient. He doesn’t hesitate to answer questions, and he lets the buyer know everything about the vehicles upfront. My husband and I were comfortable, and we were not rushed or badgered in any way. Both vehicles that we purchased are Honda Civics (2011, 2016). Believe me, we are happy campers. Ask for Gilbert! He went above and beyond, and got us a great deal that we couldn’t turn down

The service department at Fuller Honda (namely Kevin, the service manager) goes beyond your typical «good service». I’ve gotten my CRV serviced there for years, and recently purchased a used Nissan from them. There was a noise issue, that was not a safety issue, but went beyond what they had to do to get rid of the noise. I will return to Fuller Honda time and time again. Thank you Kevin and Internet Sales Manager, Victor Solis, for all your superb service!

I think Fuller Honda is Great! Been going there with my 95 Accord wagon for years. Always got excellent service. Big shout out to Service Writers Kevin Landry, Zach Dow and Angel. Kevin and Zach went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me with a recent transmission problem. You won’t be sorry here.

I had an issue with my dash panel and Windows not working. Called in to talk to Zach but ended up working with the Service Manager Kevin. He told me to come in first thing in the AM. He was good at his word. I was in at 7:30am, he had my vehicle back right away. I appreciated his honesty about the plan of action and the cost. I got my car back by the end of the day. This was the best service I have gotten from a Honda dealership in a long time.

I had an amazing car buying experience at Fuller Honda. I also had an exceptional salesperson named Gilbert Amador that made sure I was taking care of and he put my needs as his main priority. I couldn’t have left with a more satisfied feeling so if you are thinking about purchasing a Honda do yourself due diligence and get it from Fuller Honda!!!

My husband purchased a used vehicle from fuller Honda for a great price but he had an instinct that something was wrong with it. The maintenance people looked at it 2 different times without complaining or seeming annoyed and they still didn’t find anything wrong with it. The manager even took a test drive with him. They took back the car and offered him a new Honda at a great price. Very happy with the service, they really went above and beyond for us.

Pleasantly surprised at my car buying experience. Mike McDonald was true to his word and made the process easy and we were in and out in about three hours.

After receiving an email stating my mother’s 2006 Honda Accord had a recall I called and Kevin P. Landry answered and said to go ahead and bring it in. Headed over to Fuller Honda met up with Kevin and he was very helpful, friendly, and professional about the whole process. He gave us a rough estimate time the car would be ready and it was ready sooner than expected. After picking up my mother’s 2006 Accord I asked him a question about my 2007 Accord missing some screws on a cover in my trunk and he hooked it up no charge. If anyone ever heads over to Fuller Honda I recommend asking for Kevin Landry he is great he will definitely answer any questions or concerns and definitely help you out if it is possible.

All I can say is, everything should’ve, could’ve, n would’ve been good and a lease trade in to additional sale would’ve happened if it weren’t for the slime ball manager. I don’t know his name nor do I care to know it after dealing (er should I say not dealing… get it?) with this doosh, but he’s the guy that’s ruining the face of fuller. My sales guy Chad lost a sale cuz we just couldn’t take it. Maybe another fuller would be different… but I’ll just stay away from that name in general now and will tell others to as well. Gross.

I would recommend any of my family and friends to visit this Honda location for any questions or repairs needed for their car.
I presented to this location the day before Halloween last weekend because my check engine light came on and I was concerned. I called and was helped over the phone right away by Zach Dow. I explained to him that I was visiting San Diego out of town for the holiday and was limited on time, due to plans I was expected to attend. Although it was really late in the afternoon he encouraged me to drop by to see if they could address the problem the same day and possibly fix it. When I arrived Zach greated me by my name, which NEVER happens. The fact that he actually took the time to remember my name was totally unexpected. He had the service team look at my car right away with little to no wait time. He explained to me what was going on and what they needed to do to fix it. I was willing to wait for the repairs considering I was already there and the service I was recieving was outstanding.
In addition to that, Zach noticed I had a recall on my car and offered to have that addressed that afternoon as well. I accepted his offer and it didn’t add any additional wait time to my visit.
I am writing this review to acknowlege the above and beyond customer service I recieved by Zach Dow and the service team. Anytime I am in Southern California, this is the only Honda location I will bring my car to.

Not sure why but my car was sitting at the parking lot for a while after servicing. I asked if the service was done and the service advisor said it was and was just waiting to complete the paperwork. I thought the paperwork compilation took longer than it should have but not a big deal for me (although I’m not sure how others might view that).
Other than that, it’s always a pleasure to have our Hondas (2) serviced at Fuller. Frank made sure my concern with the steering drift was adequately addressed. He answered all my questions and was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and polite.
I would recommend Fuller for any servicing needs.

Both my mom and I went to Fuller Honda looking for a Honda Civic EX 2015. Miguel Gaytan asked if we needed help and after I explained what I was looking for he took the time to explain the main components the vehicle offered.
Most salesmen try to make you go for what is more convenient for them, but I knew he was being honest and sincere about his remarks because I knew what he was talking about which were facts indeed. For instance, he didn’t lie and try to push the alarm Honda offers and other «packs» which can be covered by the insurance or are simply unnecessary. Aside from being very helpful with information about the vehicle, he also took me out for a test drive and not once did he make me feel pressured into thinking I had to buy the car that instant. We left that day, without the car. I wanted to keep looking around for different vehicles and different dealerships and he never hesitated or changed his attitude towards us, he still thanked us for stopping by and wished us good luck.
Days later, I finally made up my mind and figured I wanted the Honda Civic, so when it came down to deciding where to purchase it from, it was obviously (1) the price and (2) customer service. So both my mom and I, decided that not only was 1 of the 2 best prices we found, but we decided Fuller with Miguel because he was such a kind person.
After all the paper work and even the day after, he sent an email to both of us and thanked us. He also repeated several times saying he was always a available for us or a call away if we had any questions about the car. Thank you Miguel! I’m really happy and satisfied with my first vehicle shopping experience.

After a long (2+ years) painful, and expensive battle with the A/​C in my Honda Pilot I wanted to give a brief but favorable review to the men in the Service Dept.
The A/​C had been giving us trouble for some time. Repairs would fix the problem, briefly, before re-​appearing. Our service adviser, Jorge Wong, had to deal with my frustration as we brought the Pilot back, again. Although this was the first time I had spoken to Jorge, he took my concerns seriously, acknowledged that there was a recurring issue, and did what he could to minimize the cost of the repairs, The service manager, Jay, took time to listen to me, and promised that he would look into the history vehicle’s repair history. Between Jorge and Jay I felt hopeful that the problem would be resolved.
Repairs of this nature are expensive and time consuming. I felt that I had paid for the recommended repairs, and was unwilling to pay to fix the same problem again. I also understand that getting to the root cause of such a problem isnt easy, even for an experienced technician. I believe that Jorge and Jay worked hard on my behalf with Honda, to repair the A/​C and keep the costs to a minimum.
I would recommend Fuller Honda for your Honda service. I believe that I was dealt with fairly, and am satisfied that the work was completed. I’ll provide an update if the A/​C goes out again.

Highly disappointed at the service department. I have brought my car three times since I got it a few months ago and two out of three have been less than average experiences, with today being the last time I use them for service.
Last time, I requested and paid for tire rotation with my oil service and the tire rotation was not done. I was able to tell because one of the tires had a mark and a nail and it was at the same location as when I dropped it off. When I brought this up to them, they didn’t even want to refund me the money for I services that I paid for. Really? I should pay you for not doing what I requested?
Today, I waited 50 minutes passed my scheduled appointment time to check in. And, I still have to bring my car on a weekday since they can not look at the DVD player on weekends even when I made the appointment to get that looked that today.
I would not recommend Fuller Honda Service Department, only bring it your car for warranty work and take your car for service to a smaller and more caring shop than this.

On April 9^th I decided to buy another New Honda, this will be my 7^th Honda if you count Acura’s as Honda’s.
So I played around on the True Car website one (late) evening, and found what I wanted. I actually fell in love with the Accord trim level (2015 Accord Sport) it fit my needs/​pocket. so I entered my information (which I was kinds scared to do and put it all out there) and by mid morning I have a few missed calls and message from the local dealerships which I inquired at
One message stand out to me. It was Carlos Guzman from Fuller Honda — Internet sales. I called him back I told him what car I wanted, so he said what will it take to get my business? So I explain where I wanted to be $$$ with the car and did not want to waste all day doing.
He listen and gather basic details and said «OK is that it» give me 5 min and I will call you back. No more that 3 min went by and he confirmed the numbers back to me base on the information which I gave him over the phone.
Still in disbelief I met him 30 min after speaking to him on the phone that morning and the numbers where the same as what we talked about — no game or BS.
We took the car for a test drive, came back sat down agreed on the number and sign the paper work. I think in all said and done I spent 50 to 60 min on this deal (loved it — customer for life)
I was so exited that I felt that the car detailing & wash took longer than the dealing & signing of the car.
I must say out of all my past new car buying experience Carlos was the fastest to hand me my new car keys. I even made it to work by lunch time that day.
Since then I have recommended him to many of my friends and co-​workers.
Some are in the process of buying their new car this week.
We have about 6 Honda’s now parked at work now from Fuller
I am already making plans to return and shop for another car possibly by summertime. See you soon Carlos!
I understand everyone is different and may has some (money or credit) factors mixed into their deal. Give Carlos and his sales team a try I don’t think you will regret stopping by.
I cannot speak for the service dept just yet, since I only have 225 mile on my car and loving every minute of it.
