I drove around Chula Vista looking for a Smog place that was star eligible and was quickly overwhelmed. Most places has no parking and is full of other cars. I drive by G & K Smog and saw it was clean and had parking. I inquired with Mr Ly and was helped right away, in and out about 20 minutes. He explained the process to me and made me feel comfortable. Excellent service and highly recommend any smog check newbies to have their service performed here!

It’s less and he does a excellent job’ explained things well went to a previous place and they wanted to charge me for all these things and when I went there found out nothing was wrong with my car. So happy I found this place, I will be going there !

Every 2 years I get to visit GK 4 times to smog all my cars. Mr Ly who runs the shop is super honest and fast. Gets me in and out always in an hour. And it’s right next to Costco and petco so the time usually passes quickly. STAR certified and got my lowered cars on with no problems

Just had my car smogged here. Its an older car (96 Altima) that I just bought for my daughter and I was concerned it would not pass.
Anyway I just drove up and it only took about 30 minutes. It only cost $ 48 and retest is free within 30 days.
Will definitely be going back for my other cars. Will post the address later but it’s just north of Costco on the same side of Broadway.
