Worst place to buy a car! Me and my husband had just moved to San Diego and really needed transportation, looked online and came across Karz Plus thought it wouldn’t hurt to come by and take a look. We fell into the trap and purchased our cars here. They make you feel so pressured and the cars are all nice looking on the outside but pieces of junk under the hood! My husband’s car had nothing but problems since we’ve had it we’ve invested so much money into it almost adding up to what we’ve payed for it. Cars are missing parts and it took forever to finally get the registration for one of the cars. I had to fight with them to finally get the paperwork! Mines is having issues as well.
I should have written this review almost 2 years ago when we first purchased the cars! STAY AWAY GUYS!

Pleased with my experience and the fact they kept their word on fixing our AC. Will update more after its completely fixed.

A family member referred me here… Mark was my first contact and he took some of my info over the phone… My credit is not the greatest so I didn’t want to waste my time going to the dealer with two crazy toddlers :) Mark gave me a call the same day and worked on a budget for me… When I was ready I went to the dealer and Eddie was the one finishing the transaction… He helped me look for just the right car and answered all my million questions… He was very professional and always trying to get the best deal for his customers. I’m very pleased with the awesome customer service and will def refer friends and family… Thanks Eddie and Mark !!!

I came here (Before buying my lovely 2013 Chevy Cruze from Frank) looking for a specific car and year range, I made this very clear when I walked in. I wanted a Mustang between 2005 and 2009. I came to look at the one they had advertised on Craigslist. Let me tell you about everything I went through with these people.
I arrived with my boyfriend at the time and immediately asked to see the 2005 mustang I had seen in their online listing. Upon viewing the mustang, I noticed multiple cigarette burn holes on both the driver’s and front passenger’s seat. I mentioned this to the sales man and was told that «It’s used, what do you expect». If I am paying an arm and a leg for a used vehicle at the price they wanted for this, I would expect to have a hole-​less interior! I asked to see the trunk and this is where he started to seem hesitant. I asked him to please open the trunk and when he finally did, there was a MESS of cords HANGING from the top of the trunk. Where the hell did they come from, what did they go to and why were they there? According to the sales man, «Oh that’s nothing». Really now?
After deciding that I was no longer interested in this vehicle here, he starts trying to show me the other mustangs on the lot that are all older than a 2005. I had to explain to this man that I wanted an 05 and up because I prefer the newer body style, I strongly dislike the older bodystyle. I guess he wasn’t listening to me because he continued talking about the other mustangs and why I should buy one. Mind you, one was a 02 or 03 and a basic model and was priced around 12 000. (No thank you).
I am getting ready to leave when a second sales man approaches me and this is where everything became a nightmare. His name is Miguel, beware of him! He starts telling me that he can get me a really good finance deal if I choose a different vehicle. I deciding to just see what he could offer. He starts showing me a 2007 Dodge Caliber, this thing was a mess. After telling him that I didn’t like it, he brings me to a VW Jetta, 2004 I believe. This man pretty much forced me and my boyfriend at the time to test drive this car. The tint was bubbly, and the interior was horrendous, and then to top everything off, he couldn’t get the car to start! Lemon, lemon, lemon. He called over another guy and they both started trying to get this car to start, it looked like something out of a comedy movie. This car was a piece of sh**, he knew it, I knew it, yet he was so determined to sell this crap to me.
I start trying to leave again and then he tells me that I need to look at one more car, a 2009 Chevy Aveo, the ugliest egg looking car I seen on the lot. After all the forcing, we ended up taking it for a test drive thinking that he’ll leave us alone afterwards… Man, were we wrong. As soon as we got back to the lot, he had all the paperwork and a pen ready for me to sign for the vehicle. I never once said that I wanted this car. This man is crazy, pushy, and ill-​mannered. I’m not going to get into anymore detail, i’m just going to say that he got very harassing and made me feel very uncomfortable.
Please, if you’re looking to buy a used car, go elsewhere! You’re going to get nothing but a lemon here. You will be pushed, harassed and everything in between, not to mentioned getting over charged. There are tons of other used car dealers with better prices, better cars, and that are willing to work with all credit situations. Stay away!

I’ve never had an easier experience when shopping for a car. Miguel was courteous, easy to work with and diligent to make a good deal on what I was looking for (not pushy in something I didn’t want).
I’m happy with my purchase and very pleased with the overall experience.

I purchased a used car from Karz Plus. Eddie was the person helping me with the purchase, he was very professional and did everything he could to help me get a reliable car, even with my crappy credit. There was a small air conditioning repair that had to be done to my car and they took care of it right away with no problems. I have no complaints for this place the transaction was fast and easy. Thank you Eddie, you are awesome!

I recently purchased a car which was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

I was looking around, for a deal on a new car for my family. And I was not satisfied with the deals other dealers Were offering me and I was tired of looking around until one of my firends reccomeded me to Karz Plus. And it was a really great experience love the service and love the way they treated me. I will get all my cars through them.

I have brought 2 cars from karz plus in chula vista, Mark who works there is very Delightful Person! He was very Helpful with Assisting. Me finding the right Cars, and Made the financing easy for me too understand! He also helped me with Assistance finding better Insurance for just a few Pennies More! This really helped me too Relax and enjoy My vechicles with no other minor concerns! I also think the other Representatives are nice and kind as well! Thankyou. OK so my review was removed because i took it to a personal level. Alright so, I will take out the personal cap and leave the rest. Nice try karz plus, I had even been asked by a mechanic friend to remove my posting at the request of karz plus. I told him, no way!
I wish I could give these you know whats negative five stars! And I shouldve wrote this review in 2011. This place is ridiculous, if your credit is shot and you can’t get a car, fucking take the trolley these motherfuckers will rip you off and sell you shit! I could’ve got financed anywhere. I needed a car fast and I shouldve done my research.
I was car talking and my friend said, «hey, I have a friend who works at karz plus she will hook you up» so we went to see her on the spot, and I shouldve walked outta there when I got a bad vibe from her.
I ended up buying a Nissan Murano and this car had problem after problem, good thing I’m a bitch and made karz plus pay for it. Transmission was shot — Nissan warranty got me a new transmission. Karz plus had to get new control arms, oxygen sensors and plethora of other shit. From week 1 I was having problems. Finally, NISSAN told me i needed a new engine, i said fuck that and had the finance company come pick up that piece of shit! Mark, the manager, had no respect for me as a customer and talked down to me. I had to check him a few times. these people have no fucking conscious! Stay away from this «establishment»

So we went to Karz plus to buy this car my wife has been driving by a few days. She applied for a lone, got approved and decided to go forward and buy the car. We trusted the sales reps and took their word on the condition of the car. My wife was dealing with the paper work and I was busy dealing with something with the car. Our newborn son was with us, he started getting fussy and began to cry. In the middle of the paper work to sign the sales rep through in the paper that describe that the car has been in a collision. We asked before hand and he said it wasn’t. He seen the opportunity and took advantage of her being busy with the baby and had her sign it off. So after we took the car home there’s been a lot of problems with it. Buy day 2of having this car we’ve had it in the mechanic shop getting it fixed. Something that they should of had fixed before the car left the lot. So in our experience we would not recommend buying a car from these clowns. Now I can understand why he has the bible on he’s desk because he knows that he’s doing people wrong. We all work hard for our money and people like these guys are out to do anything to steal from you. He’ll burn in hell for that! Don’t use God as a front to make people think your on there side and looking to do something good for them! If your American and can read English I’d think about going somewhere else. Take or advise and shop around before dealing with these fools.
