Since they moved location! ITS BEEN UGLY!
For a while it looked like a swapmeet inside, you can find anything SODAS CHIPS SANDALS JEWELRY ECT!!! The employees dont take their time, they do a crappy job… I found a new place.

Lady’s that work there are rude as hell. They get mad just because you say no to gel polish. Then they sit there and talk shit about you. while I was there lady named Nancy was extremely rude to me and two other customers. I never been to a nail place were they charge to shape your nail. they don’t even tell what your paying for either. One more thing I asked for Matt nail polish and they do not know how to do it. Matt nail polish is not shiny what so ever mine was a flat shiny looked like somebody colored me with a sharpie. they have a lot colors in there but dont know how to use them the right way.

So I went to this place on Sunday afternoon with my sister I wanted to get a full set with rhinestones on the ring finger of each hand. When it came down to the rhinestone part they were using super glue and I specifically asked for sticky gel the lady told me OK OK hold on. She never use the sticky gel. I personally love the sticky gel because I know it’s going to keep the rhinestones on my fingernails every single time I get my nails I have rhinestones I’m not new to this haha. Well when I left there I left with super glued gems. She said if they fall off then come back, I was there the very next day. I walked in and I said can I please have sticky gel now so they put very little on each corner of the rhinestones and set of overlaying a whole coat.
The very next day after that they fell off again so for the most part I won’t be going there again and keep in mind I don’t do anything crazy with my hands especially if they fall if the very next day BOTH times.

They do a fantastic job! The ladies are nice and wonderful! The technicians who did my nails did a great job and were so nice! I told them that I will be coming back. Thank you, ladies!

I don’t know her name but some lady here did my nails yesterday and did not do the shaping right I asked for coffin shape she did the square still and pretended like she didn’t understand me she was rude and did my nails too thin I think her name is Diane not sure but she sits in the chair right next to the hair salon part and is very sarcastic I will never go there again I complained to front desk about her and asked can I have the male nail technician fix it instead of her the front desk lady said no she has to fix it terrible service the place looks nice but the service is shitty they should appreciate their customers and set lower prices for their cheap service I paid $ 58 for full set and pedicure and got a $ 35 job I should have went to national city for this. I’m sorry but this spa deserves beyond 5 stars … I just left from Lisa’s and my experience was delightful. I found another gem.
The location is clean… Eccentric. Love all the décor. and friendly service. The receptionist was a doll. I’m sorry I should have asked her name as well. My pedicurist, Cindy was painstakingly careful with my toes. She was delicate and very sweet. Her design was immaculate. Looked real!
Waxing and microderma with Lisa next… Oh my goodness… You’ll be glowing afterwards… My skin feels so smooth… thank you all for your hard work and dedication to keeping your customers satisfied.

Got charged $ 60 for a french tip pedicure and some french tip nail. She barely did anything. She didnt cut my toe nails right she seemed like she was scared to do aything. They looked horrible i could have done a better job the only thing that looked nice was my nail, but those didnt even last a WEEK!!! $ 60 for that is deffinately NOT!!! worth it this place is such a rip off i wasnt even offered any champange. Big thumbs down dont get ripped off

I came here because my usual nail tech, at another business, was booked and I needed a mani/​pedi terribly! I cancelled the mani after I was unsatisfied with my pedi.
Customer service is nonexistent. The place is dirty and unsanitary practices are used.
My nail tech was handling money and came back to work on my pedi wearing the same gloves! It made me wonderi f their tools are even sanitized. The nail tech also started poking at my toe without gloves using his finger NAIL!
I presenced other mad customers because the salon lost track or who was next and who had appts to get a service. I felt the employees, in their own language, would communicate with each other so they wouldn’t be understood. Yet no one applogized or did anything to make their customers feel better.
The best thing I did here was cancel the mani.
I am obviously not returning here.

It’s officially. NEVER COMING BACK! I’ve been coming here for years over 10. And I always cut them some slack because some of the manicurist are very good. But their costumer service is horrible. I’m done with Lisa’s. any recommendations on a good place? Oh and I’m Unilocaling this!!!.

As someone who is new to San Diego, this salon is the best I have found in the city. The nail work is amazing and they have great customer service! I will definitely be back!

This establishment is awesome. The staff are friendly and inviting. I always leave satisfied with my nails. I would recommend this nail shop to everyone. They also serve champagne on weekends, thats a plus!

One star because there isn’t anything lower. This is my second time coming here and leaving very disappointed. This will be my last time here. I came in to get my eyebrows done and I felt put aside because I didn’t com for a manicure. I was told to wait a few minutes. A few isn’t 20 right? While the woman who waxes watcher her stupid show. This place is going down. Service is major crap. The only good person they have there is tony. Bye Felicia! Never again ! I’m out!

THIS PLACE is soooooooooooooooooooooooo bad.
I wanted a regular pedicure… but when the lady offered a foot mask I was intrigued and agreed to it.
Ok so. She barely cleaned my cuticles. She didn’t file my nails evenly. She grabbed a little pre-​filled container of the mask and she dropped literally half of it on the floor. Instead of grabbing a new one, she just used the tiny bit left. THEN she left it on for like 1 minute so it didn’t even have time to dry.
She rushed me out. and the pedicure JUSTTTT the pedicure oh and «mask» cost me $ 35. never again. NEVERRR again.

Love their work i do my nails, eyebrows, and also my hair is done by azul. If you will like a place to relax this it. All employees are nice offer you wine… my sisters and mom also come here as well we have been coming for over 1 year we love it.

Mediocre quality at best. Not satisfied with my 25 $ fill and the unprofessional staff. Won’t be returning.

I always come here to get my nails done. Friendly staff, cozy environment & free wine/​champagne on the weekends. I love getting my nails done by Nancy & Trang. Great service & affordable prices. This is my new nail home.

I’ve visited them in the past & they were good so we wanted to give them a try again today. Its was our little valentines treat for ourself. Something relaxing supposedly. But no, I was so disappointed with their rushed service… It was the fastest mani & pedi I have ever had. My boyfriend agreed too since he got a pedicure as well. It was rushed which I probably would’ve let go if the quality was good. First off, my massage chair was not working. I requested for it & they said they would make it work. I guess they forgot. I never got it working. Then the foot massage I always look forward too (I did choose the spa pedicure after all) was almost nonexistent. I just got done & I don’t remember it at all. Well, probably because I was more focused on holding on to the UV light machine on my lamp for my manicure. I wanted to sit back & relax & just enjoy the mani & pedi instead I was feeling as though I needed to focus on my hands on the light so it won’t fall. And so I wouldn’t mess the paint… It was so uncomfortable. Lastly, I got gel nail polish so its definitely stuck & after the UV light. You cant really fix the flaws. Quality of how my gel nail polish was painted on was messy & uneven. To top it off, he was rough pulling my hand making me even more uncomfortable than I already was. Anyways they got 2 stars from the good service we got from our last 2 visits. I wouldn’t spend $ 41 for my mani gel & spa pedi ever again with them & $ 18 for just a spa pedicure. I guess I’ll just have to change the color in a week vs. My normal 3 weeks. This gel mani is not the business but it’ll have to do for Valentines. Definitely not Going back.

I got a pedicure here this morning and it sucked. They scrubbed my toes so hard it hurt, and rushed through the whole massage/​scrub package. It took like thirty minutes to finish when it should almost be an hour. My lady was complaining about how my previous nail polish wouldn’t come off, and when I was fixing my massage chair settings she gave me a bitch face. I’m paying to relax not have you breathe down my neck. My lady also doesn’t know how to give pedicures because she put the mask and sea salt scrub on the same time. What??? And my toes look like shit. Do I need to take the file and straighten out my toe nails for you?

What’s not to like? It’s cheap, fast and friendly.
I come here for the pedicures which for me consist of a polish change and usually some type of white flower. It’s my thing. The flower always looks different depending on who does it and my toes feel fabulous for hours. True I have to ask for the flower without them asking but I mean they’re not friggin’ mind readers and people act like opening their mouth to ask for a specific design is soooo much effort.
And yes sometimes the nail technicians don’t say much during my pedicure but again I am attributing that to the language barrier. Honestly you would stop talking too if you asked someone how their day was and they went, «Wha… excuse me?» Four or five times.
Sometimes there’s a long wait if you’re a walk-​in, but beezies if you know it’s a weekend or afternoon then make an appointment and all faith shall be restored. I mean really? You’re going to complain about the wait during peak hours when you didn’t bother to make an appointment?
On the real: 24 bucks gets me a scrub, some rad polish, and a pedicure that doesn’t chip ever. I only have to go back when my nails start growing out. They have wifi and offer a number of spa services as well as color and cut. One stop shop on the cheap? I’m def a continuing customer.
