Wow these people just wanna scam u for money anyway they possibly can! The insurance here another scam it all comes down to them nickle and diming u to get their money if u dare to find a loophole nope they got u there is a charge for that too! Im so frustrated with this company! Go any where else you will be better off in the long run!!!

Metro PCS as a company would not help me at all. In fact they sent me on a wild goose chase that ended with me calling customer service, going to a store, calling back customer service, being told I should just call the police and write a letter to the company for help. Worst experience imaginable!
