Mobil Oil On the Run

Went there today specifically to put air in my tires. I got $ 40 worth of gas then went to put air in my tires. It required another $ 1.00 for air but I know in CA air/​water is free for patrons. So I walked into the store, let the employee know I bought gas and wanted to put air in my tires. She told me to press the Plus (+) sign and the air would automatically start without the money. I tried it several times and even had a passerby try. No luck. So I guess I’ll just go to another gas station where the air is actually free with purchase. I also took advantage of that sign located on the side of the machine.
Luckily my tires aren’t flat but damn work on the customer service there folks. It’s just air, it’s not like its coming out of your personal paychecks.

This is a review based on a car wash experience in March 2015.
I had not washed my car in a month or so and since I was on my way home I swung by here to get the old gal cleaned up. The prices for washes are typical and I was pleased that the machine was an old school style that actually touches the vehicle as opposed to touch free that will not get my vehicle clean. My only complaint is that the hub scrub process did not get my rims as clean as some other machines that I have used in the past.

Used car wash tonight. Long line-​waited for 35 minutes. Finally get in and it breaks. Soap all over car and nothing happening. Called manager to reset and response was «I’m driving!» «Can’t you just spray it down with water?!»
Terrible, terrible service!

Prices are high but all gas prices are high in Eastlake. Gas station area is always clean and convenience store as well. The store is not that big though. The associated car wash is my favorite in the area. Reasonably priced and does a good job on the car. Air and water station also, plus vacuums and an area off to the side out of the way to pull over for these services.

Iove bringing my car to wash here. It’s one of the cheapest here in eastlake. I’ve been coming here since I was 16 years and learned how to drive. If You want great service and fast service this is the Best place to go. They Also have a mini market inside to get anything.

Rarely go inside gas station convenience stores so I can’t honestly say what this one is like. This station DOES have diesel and that is rare in the Eastlake area. The car wash is pricey for what you get and breaks down fairly regularly — such as in soaping up your car and then no rinse cycle. Ugh.

Clean gas station with properly working pumps, but the price is a tad on the high side. Regardless, I meet up with other motorcycle riders out there and like to ride out with a full tank so I don’t have to worry about running empty.
On the weekends, especially Sunday, it is great to see all the motorcycles ride through.

Starting point for most rides east into the twisties of San Diego county. Gas prices are on the high side but you can get air for free just by asking. The convenient store is clean and well stocked.

I work in Eastlake so I only use this gas as an emergency for a quick fill up of about $ 10, just enought to get me home.
The perks:

— great convince store
— bathroom
— can pay at terminal
Some downsides:
— only one way in/​out
— not enough terminals. Only 1 per direction on each pillar
— have to go through a parking lot to get there
— expensive
So the ups & downs kinda weigh themselves out. But like I said I only go here for emergencies.

This is now a Circle K franchise… they re-​installed a higher powered vacuum for $ 1.25 to use for about 5 minutes and put in an air and water station for your car. Both the vacuum and air and water station can take money or credit card for more convenience. The air machine even beeps automatically when it hits the default psi of 32 so you know when to switch to the next tire. Read the instructions carefully on the machine as it only lasts 3 minutes. My advice, take off all the air caps on your tires before using to save time. Other then that this is the most convenient air and water machine I’ve ever used… costs 75 cents to use it. This station is easily my one stop for car washes, vacuum use, and air and water. Gas is still high but its expected in this part of Chula Vista.

Clean gas station and nice mini-​mart. Price of gasoline is a bit on the high side, but if you are in Eastlake do like the Eastlakian’s do. I only recommend this gas station if your gas tank is on «E.» If not, wait until you get closer to the I-​805, the price per gallon will likely be lower.
