Took a lot of time to wash my car, and when I got it back, the top was still dirty; they didn’t even attempt to wash it. They also scratched the hood of my car.

Never really liked this place but it is the only car wash close so I use it in a pinch. Today I pulled up and WOW the prices they now charge are ridiculous. Sorry to see they are ripping people off and for lackluster service. Also when you point out an area they missed they act like your crazy for saying anything. Sorry guys your competitor on Broadway is for now on only getting my business. Thanks for 12 dollar basic which does not include a vacuum! Serious? On the other hand maybe Im just a cheap white guy. C-​ya

Slowest or most understaffed car wash ever.
Avoid and look for anything better. 30 mins for just a wash. Nothing special «just a regular» wash. Car sat in sun drying for 10 mins before someone got around to drying it.

I’ve gotten an oil change from here before and turns out they cracked the container that the oil goes into because the next day my oil was leaking in my garage and I thought it was strange. It wasn’t till I went to Toyota to check it out and for them to tell me that the oil container was cracked… anyways so I came in for a car wash today and was told it would take «less than an hour» and it’s been 2 hours and I still don’t have my car ready. It’s just very irritating when they aren’t even working on your car. its just sitting there. I won’t be coming here again, take your business elsewhere!

This place sucks. They take forever, and it takes 20 minutes for somebody to start drying it, there’s a bunch of lazy ass motherfuckers just standing there making jokes. Like DUDE I don’t wanna be sitting here all day! They are pricey, if I’m paying 15 dollars for a car wash I expect you to at least clean my fucking rims and not leave them all dirty.

I strongly suggest you STAY AWAY…
I have been going here for over a year. Although a little pricey, They did a great job cleaning the car until now. They are careless and don’t care. 2 worse experiences.
1. Last year they washed my car and they broke the handle. I got on my car as they hold the door open for me. I drove about ½ and got off to get something from the trunk. when I was going to get back in my car I realized I had no handle. I came back they admitted and said because my car was old. why wouldn’t they tell me that from the beginning?
2. Now I have a new car. I was hesitant to wash my car since its been misty. I went anyway because I try to keep my car clean. So the guy was very persistent i take a business card telling me that they take care of chipped windows and dents in the car. I took the card.
It took them a little while to wash my car, I noticed. Odd because I was the only one there.
They took a while to dry it, too. when they finally called me the car was ready. I get in and what do I see? a big chip in the window. WOW! I said is that what you do? give your card and shatter someones window to get business? I am 100% sure it wasn’t there. No wonder they were taking long. NEVER AGAIN. The car is still dirty btw, but that is the least of my problems. I never had a claim and how much is this going to cost me? ruined my day. Obviously they will not take responsibility for it. So stressed!

Been here three times. Each time was quick and efficient. The guys of course work just a little harder when they see your pulling out tip money. Friendly guys working in the hot sun.

Thought I found a good place to go for my car to be washed by hand but sadly the other negative reviews have been justified by my experience.
They’re friendly and they don’t try to make me get the most expensive deal or anything but I wonder if that makes them not do as good as a job. I chose the silver wash which was around 20.99 if you sign up or already are a member.
While waiting at the side of the convenience store, i noticed my car being pulled up and observed as it was wet and untouched for a good five minutes on a hot sunny day. I was wondering why no one was starting to dry it and then finally one person started to… And just one person for the whole entire time.
I drove off and first thing I noticed is that there is dust residue on the passenger door side… Then on my windshield I still notice specks of bird poop that I had to wipe off myself with little effort. What sucks is that there are water marks still left over on all my windows and especially my back window which was just streaks galore.
Go figure if my car was left to air dry for some time before anyone started wiping it.
I guess I’ll go back to drive-​thru washing and hand drying and vacuuming myself.

I hate having to go to get gas! I wish it was the old times when the attendant came out to you and filled the tank for you and told you to have a good day. That just must be the mid-​west in me coming out.
Gas is gas and since I pay at the pump there is nothing more to really review of this place.

Too bad the Castrol Oil Change business is mixed in with the car wash operation. Bad reviews for the car wash but the Oil Change operation I think is a very different business and really outstanding. I have been taking all my cars to this place for several years with absolutely amazing service. Oil change with a free car wash; how good of a deal does it get. Just yesterday I took my wife’s car in for an oil change. The same guys who have been working there for years and know me by name (tells you something very good about the ownership) helped me. Here is where it gets good. My wife’s car’s under-​carriage is too low for the car wash machine so the oil change guys washed it my hand. I said never mind to the wash but they insisted. Talk about amazing service! These guys take pride in what they do. I trust them and think they should be commended for their efforts. I give this place 2 big-​time thumbs up! Thanks boys!!!

I went to this car wash for the first time. When I pulled up they looked really busy cars and i felt good that lots of locals selected this car wash. After I paid and sat down, I checked in on my Unilocal account.
Yikes. After reading some of the horrible reviews, I was worried about my car getting damaged. I was so worried, I stood close to watch the guy dry my car.
Here is my feedback. The price for car washes here are high, compared to many other places I visited in the past.
The washing of the car was «ok», not great.
Water in many spots on my car. By the door jam and more. They only had 1 guy drying my car. Lots of the other places I been to, have 2 to 3 per car.
Overall. It was ok. But I would not come back unless I had no choice. I rather get it washed 10 miles away, than to worry if they will mess up my car paint.

This place fakes forever. The employees don’t care and my car sat for 20 minutes just to be vacuumed. If and when you go come to the shell car wash make sure you have plenty of time to kill.

The WORST CAR WASH PLACE EVER!!! I Came here on a Sunday around 330 the place wasn’t that busy. I got the platinum service which included detailed inside and out with carpets and seats washed for 50 $ the guy told me it would take only an hour so I said okay 2 hrs later I was pissed off that it took this long. I always inspect my car before leaving any car wash place. I asked the Guy why are my seats sooo wet and he said don’t worry they’ll dry within a couple of hours… When I got home I rolled down the windows and let the car air dry didn’t thing anything of it… I hung my carpets outside to let air dry as well. 3 hrs later I noticed that it was dripping black water and a pool of it damaged the inside of my garage. I would of went back that same day but they were already closed!!!
The next morning I wassss so pissed off my seats were still soaked like when I first got it. I tried to blot most of of the water out, but I didn’t have time early in the morning. As I started blotting it I noticed that the towel was turning brown!!! Like they used dirty water to clean my seats and carpets… I dropped of my girls at school and noticed My girls uniform pants were stained from there disgusting service, it was to late for me to go home and change them so I had to send them to school with the stains on their pants from the seats!!!
Went back their the next day and made it PRETTY CLEAR how pissed of I was. I can’t believe these people, I mean there job is not hard! Wash and wipe down my car!!! If u can’t do this then SERIOUSLY look for another fucking job. «How dare u think u guys Could do a horrible job and think u could get away with it»! You messed with the wrong person!!! Any way The manager told me he will redue everything!!! Cause he wouldn’t give me my money back!!!
Went back their on my day off, sat next to my car and practically babysat and watched this other guy redue the job which should of been done correctly the first time!
Anyway don’t go here to get any thing done, but if u do stay next to ur car to make sure they do it right the first time!!! I will never go back their I will not recommend this place to anyone!!! It’s a waist of ur time and money!!! Take a look at the pictures it will show what a horrible job they did!!!

Oil change and a free car wash!!! It doesn’t get better than that if you want a quick service! Kill two birds with one stone kind of deal! Guys were legit, told me what I needed done with the car and asked if I wanted to do it without any pressure! My kind of service! Get to the point without bugging! Other than that, it was a quick service! 20 minutes later and I’m out!!!

Don’t even try to go here. I paid $ 70 and asked for a hand wax, exterior and interior clean, and partial spot clean on my front two seats. After inspecting, my car had been not hand waxed, there were still crumbs under my seat. I insisted that they fix it. They attempted again to do what I paid for. It looked better. But still not to the standards that I expect. When I got home and climbed in my back seat, my middle console was filthy… Don’t even try this place!

not only they didn’t wash my car ell they stole all my quarters from my center console, because this was not the first time I checked my console before.
I complained and they didn’t even care.

First time going to this car wash, I had to full up my tank and my car needed a bath so I figured since I had the time I’d kill two birds with one stone. I guess I’ll start with the few things I liked about the wash/​gas station
Good:
1. 20 cents off per gallon when you buy a wash
2. Kids play area while you wait
3. If you go grab food while you wait and your car is done they will park it off to the side for you.
4. Conveniently located
Bad:
1. A bit pricey for a wash 14.99 for the lowest std wash
2. I have a German Shepherd and she sheds alot, now I understand you can’t get ALL the hair in the trunk of my SUV, but you could at least try to vacuum it out. You didn’t even touch my trunk, and I know this because I cleared it out especially for this reason and made sure to remember how dirty it was.
3. I’ve got a 3 Yr old so that mean I have crumbs, you neglected to vacuum any of the crumbs on the seats and just vacuumed the floors. Really? it’s not that hard, I have leather seats!
4. You left my wipers on so when I did turn my car back on the windshield wipers went across my now dirty windows.
I would have expected alot better seeing as how it took about 30 minutes from start to finish, but that was only because it was pretty busy. I’m not upset about the time, It gave me a chance to eat lunch but honestly for $ 15 I would have liked my car to have actually been vacuumed. And my center console to be wiped down. I normally wash my own car but being 8.5 months prego I said what the heck I’ll pay for it to save my energy.
I don’t think I’ll be comig back here, maybe just for gas, since I live extremely close to the gas station.

To damage your car, come to this location. My friend comes here regularly because he thinks they do a great job. The vent covers to his car mysteriously dispersed after his visit, but it was «no big deal.» He referred me here.
I brought my new car in for their very expensive wash only to find a huge grease stain on my back seat. Brought it back to have it cleaned. They cleaned the stain free of charge, but left a SCRATCH in the paint of my new car! See pic. Never, EVER will I be coming back.
Now I have to spend money for a paint job.
If you want to waste your money to damage your car, go to monster truck rally or you can just come here.

If there was an opportunity to write a negative 5 star review I would definitely rate them that!
Last week I got my car washed and noticed that someone took 20 dollars I left in my arm rest. I brought it to their attention and did not ask for anything in return knowing I would be coming back to get my car washed since I have been doing that on a weekly basis. This week I brought my car in for gas fill up and a car wash. If you pay for a car wash you are supposed to get 20 cents off a gallon. When you pay by card you have the option of deciding on the car wash at the pump and the discount immediately reflects on the price, if you pay cash, you need to wait until you are done and then bring your ticket in for the discount taken at the register. The cashier told me I could not do that and I was supposed to enter at the pump. Apparently since I have been buying gas there for some time, I knew more about their POS system then she did.
This issue was never rectified. No discount was ever applied, and nothing the insure manager mentioned to me based upon the previous weeks events happened.
Absolutely terrible service and I will now be driving 20 minutes away to get my car washed at soapy joe’s because of these events.
This may be for nothing but I would never ever recommend any services performed at this location to anyone but rather tell people the HORRIBLE experiences I had.

One of my favorite places to fill up my car. It is generally not the cheapest but there’s something about Shell gasoline that makes it last a little while longer than other places (or maybe I’m just imagining things).
I like this location because it is generally not busy, the staff is nice, and it is very clean. I come take care of business and then leave. Sometimes it does get a bit annoying when there’s only one cashier and the line gets really long. It’s times like these that makes me want to be like «excuse me, you can stop cleaning the Icee machine for a bit. We got other shizz to do and want to get out of here ASAP.» But normally I don’t have that problem which is good.
I’ve never had my car washed there so I cannot comment about that at all but the gas station is decent. I’m a regular here for a reason, I would just go to one of the other gas stations if I didn’t like it.
