O’ Reilly Auto Parts

Really ZERO Stars! But I had to select one just to post this. Run far far away. Go anywhere but here. I heard this place was better than other auto parts stores. .. Really? ! I’ve had to take the same part back two times because the parts they sold me were bad. This last time was the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. The sales person was argumentative and rude. He refused to exchange the part because their machine to check the part was not working (why does that not surprise me?) Then he tried to send me clear across town just to have the part checked. When I said I shouldn’t have to go clear across town he then said, «Are you accusing me of being a liar? You know I can refuse service to any customer» He also stated he «Couldn’t be fired because he works for ’ Homeland Security ‘». While all this is going on the manager and assistant manager are standing around doing NOTHING. They’re listening to everything and do nothing to intervene. I think the corporate offices of O’ Reilly Auto Parts should get on undercover boss to really see how their employees and managers treat paying customers.

Never knew this place existed until passing it down the road one day. I needed to get my battery checked because I noticed my car alarm was acting up and my windows were rolling real slow. I walked in here and was immediately helped on the spot. The lady took out her battery device and tested my car battery. A few minutes later she determined I needed a new one and offered to charge my battery at their store for an hour if I needed to. I declined on her offer but thanked her for testing my battery. I ended up down the road getting my battery replaced at a Sears. Battery test was free of charge which I like. I did glance around the store for a minute and it seems like this is a clean operation. They’d pretty much have whatever your car part needs are here.
