I just wanted to thank Jack at the telegraph canyon quest diagnostic location for his awesome job. For the first time someone took my blood and I didn’t feel a thing. Thanks sooo much

Idk why this place has some bad reviews. Personally I had a GREAT experience. I came on a Wednesday morning and there was maybe 2 people in front of me. I was a walk in of course. I waited 10 mins and Mary Ann did my labs. I HATE NEEDLES and am usually a difficult stick. Mary Ann was very efficient. She got me on the first stick AND it didn’t even hurt. I didn’t even have a bruise! So if you want a good experience… ask for Mary Ann to do your labs! Very sweet and professional!

Came here at a little after 7PM with only one person ahead of us. They seem to not have their papers in order and the Filipino employee behind the desk talks to her coworker in Tagalog about how stupid people are. Now it’s our turn, the man clearly sees me translating for my grandma and he continuously speaks in thick accent English. Surely people hired you for being bilingual, use it. He told my grandma «sign here and print,» she doesn’t understand right away and he just raises his voice at her and said «SIGN AND PRINT.» Long story short, these people swears they’re hot sh*t.

We went here for our daughter’s blood test. It’s our first time in this place — and that Filipino guy was just plain rude!!!

Sad to say that this place needs help, the guy at the front desk is just rude and unprofessional. They opened up after lunch at 12:30pm lady opened the door, and this guy was late coming back from his lunch, and when he sat in the front he was still chewing his food! Then he informed us that procedure is done from 2 to 4pm for the day, I said what about tomorrow, and he rudely says 2−4pm, WTF? was I supposed to know your daily schedule? what a f’n A-​hole!!!

This morning from 7:55 AM till 9:20 Am waiting along with 8 patients for lab works
We were the Walk-​Ins, witing more than an hour while those with appointments they came late for their appointments and still they were taken ahead of us, some their appointments were at 8Am came at 8:30 half an hour late, they were taken earlier. that’s not fair, and using your native language in the office was really unacceptable. I will take my business some where else. and I will keep posting that on Facebook, and other social medias.
Again they were rude very rude.

Quest diagnostics is located right in front of my condo how convenient it is for me, it’s a small building located next to burros an fries, this costumer service is OK but my labs works is fast I was literally in an out in 10 mind only 1 person in front of me!

My experience in this Quest lab has almost always been very positive. The gentleman who is almost always at the desk and also draws blood is unfailingly positive and cheerful. His blood draw is painless.
I had one bad experience with a younger woman. She was rude and must have had something going on in her personal life that affected her attitude that day.
I will always go to this lab if only for the Filipino tech. He is the best!

I accompanied my mom here for some bloodwork. We didn’t even know that there was a Quest in the area, so yay for convenience. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, especially the gentleman, who helped us when we signed in. My mom was in a wheelchair at the time, and he was nice enough to open the door for us. After we signed in, the same guy quickly went through the paperwork and completed the bloodwork, as well. Mom felt that she had a great experience, since she didn’t feel a thing when the technician drew from her. Since then, we’ve always come here for lab work. If there was a wheel chair ramp, I probably would’ve given it 5 stars. Overall, superb service.

I always make an appt when I go, it’s easier that way, which is a plus. However customer service is not the best. The two techs there can be pretty rude. They usually don’t greet you upon arrival and if you ask them to repeat themselves they get annoyed. If they were nicer, then this place would be 4 stars.

I was nervous to come here because I thought I would be here for ever. But I was totally in and out. Lots of Filipino nurses here! They know their stuff! Fast, efficient and didn’t hurt me one bit! I know where I’m returning for my lab work!

I came here for a glucose tolerance test (I’m 8 months pregnant). I knew that I would have to wait a bit due to the nature of the test. I did not know it would be two hours an they would be drawing blood three times. When I made my appointment, none of this was told to me.
Although the office is clean and everything matches, there is no form of entertainment in the waiting room. Not tv, no magazines, nothing! Also, there is a woman who barely speaks English and therefore is very hard to understand. When you ask her to repeat herself she cops a real attitude as if you’re the idiot. I watched her do this with other patents as well as experienced it myself.
I came to this location because it is less than a mile from my home. Next time I will go to the location two miles away and hope for a better experience.

They are pretty fast and I would give them 5 stars if not for the rude Filipino guy. He is pretty up and down with service. Sometimes he is nice, but when it gets busy, he turns into a complete mess! This place is for sick people, pregnant, and elderly. I don’t think he should be allowed near sensitive people with his attitude.
On another note. I went in for a glucose tolerance test and told him that when I signed in. This fool just told me to sit down and wait. This is my second child so I knew he was supposed to give me a drink to consume in 5 minutes, then draw my blood in 1 hour. Again, im pregnant and for this test, we cant eat or drink for a few hours so one can imagine how grouchy i was to begin with. Haha! I even handed him my insurance card and he just told me to sit down. I then said, well can I at least have my drink? He told me to go ask another staff member when he was standing right next to the fridge with the drinks I needed! He didn’t move or do anything until I started snapping! Uuuugh!!! Thank goodness I don’t have to go there all the time :)
That was just my experience, but wait time is not bad compared to other quest offices, the only downfall is the staff who sometimes need to be pushed and shoved to get it right and get things done. If I didn’t say anything, I would’ve been there FOREVER!
