If I could give this company more than a 5 star rating I would. This guy is smart, quick and HONEST. He looked at my vehicle and within 5 – 10 minutes he knew what the problems were. He told me the parts that I needed and if I would buy them, he would put them in for me.
Perry Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in National City was going to charge me $ 100 (+ tax) for the part. Online cost with tax and shipping … about $ 60. Perry was going to charge me $ 199 to replace a relay. Roman’s cost … $ 15!
Bottom line — If you have an electrical problem, don’t take it to the dealer — especially not to Perry. Take your vehicle to Roman’s where you will deal with someone that is not only a nice guy and knows what he is doing, he is also HONEST. Honesty is hard to find these days as so many businesses are desperate to make an extra buck.

Fortunately, I haven’t needed too much electrical work done, but when it was done here, it was always expertly done, and at a conservative price as well. I highly recommend Roman’s for electrical work on your automotive needs. An honest and nice human being also!!!

Took my girl’s car to Roman’s because the taillights weren’t working. They worked on it all day and when I got it back the lights went out that night. When I took it back the next day instead of fixing it like any other repair shop, the guy cops a bad attitude and gives me my money back. This mechanic severely lacks customer service skills.
