Bought a caldo de res and it was expensive only like one or 2 pieces of meat and the rest was verdura then it shouldn’t be called caldo de res it was caldo de verduras con poca carne paid like $ 8 for it might as well make it myself and eat leftovers the next day & it’ll be cheaper and with more meat

I have to say I like their food, but it’s not my first choice. I usually go here if i’m too lazy to drive to Super Sergios. Also, not all of the employees know what customer service means. I’ve had good experiences with two of the cashiers, but the rest suck. I was harassed by one when I asked for more salsa, she had given me one salsa for each of my two burritos! One Salsa! I asked for more, she gave me 1 more! 1 more only! I said that was not enough, and she argued with me and said that she was not even supposed to give me that one more. That is not how you help a customer. Besides that i’ve waited over 15 minutes in their drive through one night, finally just drove away and went to somewhere better. They have good bean burritos. I would suggest going here if you are too lazy to go somewhere better, but the customer service is hit or miss. I can spend my money at any taco shop, they are a dime a dozen here in San Diego. Why should I go somewhere where i’m going to be argued with when asking for extra Salsa? When i can get it at any other place that wants to take my money? Señor Pancho management, ask yourself that? You are not going to retain customers with bad service. You don’t have the best food, you have to shine somewhere, at least have decent customer service.

This place is a joke. They don’t have shredded beef. The prices are outrageous. They charge to use credit. The staff is the rudest ever. I went through drive thru and got the window shut no thank you didn’t see if I needed anything else. I didn’t even have time to turn in her direction or check my food. And the place was dead. And the burrito I ordered was very small for paying $ 6.00. If I could have gave it a negative I would just based on customer service alone.

I typically come to Señor Pancho when I am subbing at 2 local schools. My regulars are the carne asada tacos. They are relatively fast with my to-go order and the carne asada tacos are delicious. The place could be a bit more aesthetically pleasing.

Yuck. I ordered the carne asada fries which were almost $ 8. They came with melted cheese from a can which screams«we are CHEAP». Dry meat, a table spoon of sour cream and guacamole and also extremely soggy fries. No thanks, I skip this place next time.

It is between 3 and 4 stars. The food is good, Service is standard taco hole in the wall service, quick and efficient. I enjoyed the TJ style tacos to go.

I went there to eat and came out to some old guy stating he works there and that he was gonna call a tow truck because he thought my car wasn’t suppose to be there. Excuse me??? I parked there for an hour and you tell me that the parking is for restaurant guests and dentists only? That is so ghetto. Never coming back. Whoever this guy is, he is going around trying to get people towed. Definitely don’t risk it people! This place is a dump. And that guy really threatened me in front of my family. Unprofessional and just dirty!

All I have to say is Carne Asada fries. Oh my sweet liquid cheese sauce they are so great. I have never been to a taco shop that has liquid cheese. I’m from the Midwest and liquid cheese used to be a food group for me so stumbling upon this place made me the happiest ever. They only get four stars because of them. I don’t care for their Caldo De Res, burritos, or rolled tacos. Their service is also really slow and they charge you if you use a credit card. I can probably eat this on my own in one sitting. It’s pretty disgusting, but I love it.

Terrible service. I ordered a supposed special and asked for no sour cream. They put sour cream on my order and forgot a taco that was included. I drove back to ask them to correct the order. The whole time I was being mocked by the staff as if I was being too picky. I wouldn’t be surprised if they spit on my food with that kind of attitude. A similar mistake happened the last time I came here as well. They apparently don’t include CHEESE in carne asada nachos! This will be my last time coming here and dealing with their incompetent employees. I’ll just drive down the street to Los taquitos next time. At least they get their orders right the first time.

I use to love this place but ever since they changed management, and the food quality dropped and also they started charging to use credit cards. which I think is just lame. so now it’s just an average Mexican joint now. I no longer come here, which sucks because it use to be one of my favorite spots to hit up.

Hands down the best mini TJ style street tacos that I have come across in San Diego County. Los Angeles is a different story, but take my word on this spot because they’re the real deal. Choice of carne asada, pollo, adobada or cabeza. I’ve tried all of them but the carne asada is the highlight of this spot. For under $ 5 = 3 mini tacos +grilled green onions +grilled guero chile pepper+ radishes + salsas. Carne asada nachos are good here too since they add real liquid nacho cheese. People who work here always been cool so I bet they will make any of you feel just as welcome – I suggest you check them out. They even have drive-thru !!!
