HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They gave us an appointment at 9:15 and didn’t attend us until 10. They sat down to eat their breakfast while we were waiting. When they finally took us in, the radiologist, Kimberly Koch, gave us attitude. We asked if we did something wrong and if not why was she acting like that. She responded really sarcastically and told us if we didn’t like the way she was acting then we can go somewhere else. We left the office right away infuriated. We called the office asking if we could leave a complaint and the same Kimberly answered us. We asked if we could speak with her supervisor and she said «no» and hung up. I’m not kidding. Don’t waste your time. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Never going back here. Horrible experience. Ever.

I am a self pay patient (cash) and when my doctor referred me for an ultrasound he recommended this facility in Chula Vista. Their prices are absolutely incomparable to the amount I would have paid for this ultrasound at a hospital. I called and they got me in the next day, their staff are very friendly they made me feel comfortable when I was nervous. The technician who did my ultrasound was very nice and professional. My waiting time was reasonable for getting in on such short notice. They even gave me a CD of my ultrasound for my own records, they were nice enough to show me how to view it on my computer. My report was in my doctors office by the next day. Overall, their facility provided me a great experience I definitely recommend this facility.
