They fixed up a trailer of mine getting it ready to be sold. They were good communicators, honest and fair pricing. Even researched hard to find replacement items. I would highly recommend them.

I would give it one star, but some of the staff at this location did attempt to be helpful. I have been here three times now. Each time, a person helps me for the part I am looking for and then send me to the «cashier» to make a payment. The first two times, the «cashier» never appeared and the guy that helped me processed my payment after he noticed I spent an unreasonable amount of time waiting for the «cashier» that never appeared. My third visit was enough for me. Same thing happened, no «cashier» and the guy that helped me refused to process my payment so I just left the parts on the counter and walked out. I only visited this place because it was so close to my home. I will no longer be a customer here. Their system of customer service is a failure and it doesn’t look like they want to change their ineptitude.

This is a very poor quality shop. No communication and took three months for rv to get fixed. Very poor business communications.

i picked up a 89 southwind. Has been sitting awhile, water damaged and abused. The guy told me just ajust the carb. an it will pass smog. RIGHT! Cris, did vaccum lines, rebuilt carb, and hunted down the smog pump, smoged it, on top of fixing oil cooling line, master cylinder, and toping it off with 4 quarts of oil, two new house batteries, parts for generator, an two boxes inside for electric. Only working on it two or three a week. cus i am living in it. Witch made it harder. But now i have older strong running motorhome. I’m so happy with. These guys know what they’re doing. Price was right, under 5K most of it was parts. but I’m happy! Disabled and having a home to be able go to the beach, dessert, mountains thats what make life worth living for! Thank you Mike, Cris, Adam, an all the mechanics. South Coast RV is the best!

These guys are great RV people. They know their way around an RV. Any problems I have had with my 2011 Fleetwood Encounter and been completed on time.

Worst place in California! Ripoff city while I was deployed my father had to come move my car trailer when he arrived he didn’t have the right ball for his hitch so he went to this place and bought a drop and ball they charged him 611.12 wow really! The same parts at Walmart were 118.96 slight mark up is a understatement and this isn’t paying for convenience they saw a chance to rip off somebody that didn’t know. If your military avoid this place at all cost I hope my command will list this place as a ripoff and for all military to avoid. Buyer beware!

I had a cracked shackle on my 25′ Sport Trailer and needed to replace it before taking off for a trip on Saturday. I walked in just after 1pm on Saturday and was told that they were already closing, but they took my old parts and matched them up to get me on the road. Prices seem fair and average and the customer service was good. Definitely would go back.
Unilocal needs to update the Saturday hours though.

Guy at the counter was very willing to answer my newbie questions. Prices seem a bit high, but I think it’s because they are locally owned. I would definitely come back next time I need parts or service.

We highly recommend this family-​owned and operated business. We were treated warmly and everyone went the extra mile to make sure parts were brought in that night so we could get back to our traveling the next day. The service was done correctly and efficiently and the price was exactly what the estimate was. Everyone there was great and we truly appreciate the extra effort.

A while back I sent them an email via their web site asking for a quote.
I never got a reply.

Today, I was waiting for a friend to drop their car off at the auto shop in the same lot as this RV center. The parking lot was a disaster, and nowhere to park/​get out. So, I idled my car next to the curb in the lot while I waited, I had the toddler (2 year old) that I nanny for in my car also. There was a group of men working at the RV place that were backing up an RV in our direction, and as I was backing up, some guy that worked there yelled at me telling me to move, using profanity. I told him calmly that I understood and was fastening my seat belt and would be moving, also I asked him politely asked him to not use profanity around children when he continued to yell, use profanity, and proclaim that he did not care, and made unwanted/​unprofessional gestures. I would HIGHLY recommend that you stay away from here if you want to be treated like a human being, with dignity, and respect. AWFUL customer service!
