Have been using Mike and Susan for many years (4 – 5). Spend 45 minutes of quality time with our cats in each visit — even the shy one eventually comes around. They seem to genuinely care about the pets they watch and give us reports when we return or call us if anything is wrong. Also handle watering garden pots twice a week and security system with no problems.
