Incredibly excellent customer service! I’ve been going to Victor since I’ve had my first car and he always delivers spectacular service along with amazing results on my cars. Highly recommend him for any type of repair. He changes the clutch on my mini cooper which would of been an arm and a leg at the dealer for half the price. The guys there really do know a lot about cars. Love these guys!

I highly recommend going to Victor’s Auto Shop for any car issues or just for regular maintenance. Victor knows everything about cars and he truly cares about helping people. The times I’ve been there Victor has looked at my car immediately and if there was a job that required a lot of time he would let me know to bring it back the next day. For smaller issues, he would fix it right away. Victor likes to hear what the problem is in its entirety and then he will inspect it and take it for a drive if he can’t see the issue.
His prices are the lowest I’ve found and he always does a great job. What I like most about this place is that Victor never tries to rip you off. I’ve been to many other auto shops where they try to get me to pay for services without even looking at my car and without any explanation of why I need those services. I always suggest for people to get quotes elsewhere and then to get a quote from Victor and compare the prices. I’m sure Victor’s prices will always be lowest.
To keep costs low, I’ve always purchased parts I need from AutoZone and brought it to him and he has no problem with that. It’s confusing to find this shop at first but he’s across the street from Filippi’s Pizza and right behind a car dealership. It’s a small shop but make sure to turn onto Casselman and you’ll see the canopies and cars.

The most amazing customer service. The most amazing prices. The most amazing auto shop. Victors is the place to go. Trust me when I say that the owner, Victor Sr (his son also works there), has such a big heart and is the most humble man. Such a great experience whenever I come here.

We take all our business and personal cars to victors, dad and son really take care of us and we trust them 100%! Stop getting cheated by mechanics and come here they will treat u like family

I’m back; reviewing this shop AGAIN. Yesterday I went there and it turned out my problem was something really minor; Victor said «You’ve been a customer for so long» and «no charge». That made my day! I told him he was the best thing that ever happened to me and it’s something I’ve thought over and over again for many years! He always has so many cars in his shop but he always gets my car finished in 1 day. He has truly been one of my blessings in life.

Victors Auto Repair has been my goto place when ever I have car problems. Victor has always been able to diagnose and repair my vehicle without giving me a run around price or give me the whole «I need to repair this in order to do this» blah blah blah. If something is wrong and if he can repair himself he’ll do so at a VERY reasonable price and tell you up front. If he can’t he will recommend you to someone who does that’s just as good as him and his staff. Once I went to Evans Tires for brakes, HUGE MISTAKE they wanted 1500 for new brakes and they were trying to get me financed so I left and went to Victors and saved a little over 1,100 and received quality work.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What’s up San Diego,
I have a 2003 Mercedes Benz E500.
It had a problem with the rear rotors being worn and squealing, the dealer wanted around $ 629 to do the rear brakes, I laughed and left. So I purchased the rotors and ceramic brakes from an auto parts store and took it to Victors… BAM …done $ 120…sweet !!!
Good honest guys… Father and Son place… guarantee you will be satisfied.
They are right across from the circle k on broadway BEHIND the car dealership…
