I love the environment of this store, and I love the products even more. The vintage video game is a great touch. The clothing is extremely soft and well made, and they offer something for everyone. My only complaint is that the staff aren’t very welcoming and never seem as though they enjoy being there. I’m sure it’s not a high traffic store and there are many points of down time, but it’s important to be inviting when customers are browsing.

I LOVE Homage. They are my favorite store for buying local clothes to show my Ohio pride! They have the most fashionable designs for Reds or Bengals gear too. Everything is extra soft and cozy, and great for lounging around the house or wearing to a game. The only reason why half of my wardrobe isn’t from here is the cost… It’s definitely a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Bonus: They will give you a free bottle of Coke if you purchase anything!

Definitely one of my new favorite stores! I could have bought one of everything to go back to AZ with me. The staff was friendly, and the store was a lot of fun!

Hipster as hell. Very unfriendly staff. Some of their sweatshirts are pretty cool, though. Lots of Cincinnati and Ohio stuff. They fit VERY small, so if you’re ordering online buy seriously two sizes bigger than you usually wear.

I love Homage goods– vintage style, wonderful soft t-shirts, etc. It’s on the pricey side, which is to be expected of the genre of clothing, so I end up wanting more than I actually buy. This is perfect for gift shopping though– you can get some great gear catered towards locals(UC, Bengals, UK, Ohio State), for all ages.

I love this place. EVERYTHINGINHEREISSOFT. If you’re like me, you’re a fan of comfy for sure. I love the vintage themed t-shirts and sweatshirts. The sweatpants are beyond compare. They are seriously the most comfortable pair of sweatpants I own. They would be an everyday wearable if work would let me. The vibe is nice, very hipster-y(they have a vintage coke machine!). The guys are nice though. The prices are a bit high, but the quality is great and you’re paying for made in the US type of clothing. And hey, they throw in a pack of baseball cards with each purchase. Bonus!

When I heard that Homage was opening in the Over the Rhine area, I was super excited! Love the quality of their clothing. Homage sells unique/inspired vintage apprarel(sports, pop culture themes, music, politics, etc). This location carries everything from T-shirts, hoodies, long sleeves, sweatpants, headwear, socks, etc. They have a good selection for womens, mens, and even youth/babies. Recently, I purchased the Block Cincy Mens shirt for my husband($ 32.00) and one for me Youth(12) for $ 20.00. What I love is the material, which is soft(Poly/Cotton/Rayon Blend) inlcuding the screenprint at the chest. It’s also slim fit and not bulky. There were many more items I wanted to purchased, but will have to wait till next paycheck. They had a great selection of Bengals, Reds, and Bearcats! Employees are very helpful and store is very organized. If you cannot find a specific item, there is also online shopping. A great experience and will definately return.

Another great addition to the Vine Street scene. I had visited their store in Columbus previously, and am happy to see an empty storefront get some new life! I checked out the shop before the Holidays, but ended up ordering online because I was looking for Browns merchandise. They’ve definitely catered the items to the Cincy scene which is nice.(It didn’t help me for Christmas shopping, but I still appreciate it!) They have a whole host of things from hoodies to hats to socks, but their appeal(at least to me) lies in their super soft tees and vintage designs. Be ready to pay more than you normally would for a tee though. A bit of advice, after looking at a few items in the store to gauge sizing, I went a size up on everything. These definitely run SMALL. Like, a full size smaller than other tees. I’m used to that in ladies shirts, but size up even in their men’s stuff. I did, and the sizing ended up perfect.

For those of you who are unaware, Homage is a Columbus based tee shirt company that was founded by a few Ohio State grads. They are known for there super soft and trendy… and sometimes hipster shirts. I’ve known about this brand for several years and as with Kim W. was excited to hear they were opening a Cincinnati store. I believe its their first venture outside of Columbus and while I might be a tad biased, was excited to see that they chose the hip OTR neighborhood. Their new store is definitely a nice addition and really does fit the new vibes of the neighborhood. All that being said, you might be asking yourself why the low review. Well, I recently visited this store looking for a nice Ohio State tee for my mom for Christmas. Upon entering I couldn’t believe my eyes when I could only find two different options for Ohio State tee’s. While I understand that they are trying to cater to the area and offer lots of regional gear, I was disappointed in their selection when it comes to my favorite Ohio State Buckeyes. In case you weren’t aware, Ohio is one of the few states in the U.S. where the majority of every county in the state roots for Ohio State. So why ditch some of those plan red sweatshirts or random Indiana U. gear and add some more Buckeye’s stuff!?! No Christmas gift for Mom this year, but I’m hopeful my next visit will be better.

Cool little storefront in the heart of OTR. I love(most) of their shirts and own plenty… they are DAMNSOFT. Sweatshirts are cool too.(A bit too pricey for my taste but my taste happens to be cheap as business sooooo…) I was hoping they were going to have some Cincy store exclusives that aren’t on their website but alas this is not the case. They do have plenty of stock of all their Cincy merch though as well as most of their popular items. Definitely worth checking out after a Saturday lunch. And if you’re coming… come thirsty!(They have free cokes in classic bottles)

I’ve been a loyal fan of the insanely soft tshirts and sweats for years, fulfilling my Homage needs through online shopping and the occasional trip to Columbus. Following them on social media paid off as I learned that not only are they opening a location in OTR but offered some pretty sweet SWAG to the first 100 at the grand opening. Knowing this I bundled up for a chilly morning and found my place in line bright and early amongst other Homage enthusiasts. It was well worth the frigid wait to be able to enter the warm mecca of a Homage here on home turf! The store is well laid out, well organized, and had great variety of merchandise and selection of sizes. Staff is super friendly, knowledgable, and patient, despite the natural opening day chaos. I’m super pumped to have scored a free tshirt and canvas bag, as well as some other fabulous wearable goods to add to my collection. Homage: paid!
