Jim went to Heating, Ventilating, and Air conditioning school and graduated in 1985.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Jim graduated from Anderson high school in 1978 and then graduated at the top of his class in 1985 from Live Oaks in Milford, Ohio. After graduation, Jim began working with his father in the construction industry. He spent a good bit of time working as a foreman during home renovations and remodeling. However, after receiving an injury that limited some of his manual abilities, Jim decided to leave the construction business.

He then began working in the heating and cooling industry by partnering with the Veterans Association. From 1980 – 1996 Jim spent his time doing inspections and reports all throughout the Southwest region of Ohio.

As of late, Jim enjoys running his own business! He genuinely cares about his customers and getting the job done right the first time! He is licensed by the state of Ohio and keeps up with the industry by attending several hours of continuing education each and every year.
