O’Bryon’s has more than just your ordinary bar food. We’re proud of the crowd-​pleasing meals that come out of our kitchen. Just need a snack with your beer? O’Bryon’s has free peanuts all day long.

Stop by for Happy Hour, Monday through Friday from 4:00 — 7:00 where we have $ 2.50 Bud Light Drafts, $ 3.00 well drinks and $ 5.00 for select appetizers. We also rotate through nightly specials throughout the entire week with special deals after 7:00. And for all you sports fans out there, every Reds or Bengals game is a main event at O’Bryon’s with even more specials while the games play.

History

Established in 2010.

Originally having its roots as an Irish pub in the late 1980’s, in 2010, the establishment came under new ownership, now being named O’Bryon’s Bar & Grill. Since then, we’ve recreated the menu with crowd pleasing food items and have made a friendly and comfortable atmosphere with top-​of-​the-​line service in the bar a priority. O’Bryon’s is proud to serve our Cincinnati community where great food, drinks, and good times are the cornerstone of our business.

Jason has been passionate about being an entrepreneur dating back to his high school years at Wyoming High. He has many years in the entertainment industry and when the opportunity came to buy O’Bryon’s, Jason naturally jumped on it. Jason loves being able to serve everyone in the neighborhood and surrounding community who comes into O’Bryon’s Bar & Grill, where he makes it a priority to cater to all walks of life while serving great drinks and food. I enjoy their food and fun shark drinks. But be prepared to wait for a seat if it is packed. It is a very casual environment for you to find your own table for your group (can be challenging if you have more than 4 and coming in at a prime time). However once you get seated their potato skins, pretzel sticks and wings are worth the wait! I have had better experiences going prior to the mad dinner rush on a Friday/​Saturday.

The quintessential burger and beer spot on the east side on Cincinnati. Always a great on draft selection, the Obryon burger is great (w/​fried jalapeños), and the Cajun wings are the best I’ve had in Cincinnati. Lots of TVs make it a fun place to watch the big game and the upstairs patio is a fun place to eat on a nice day. Great atmosphere!

O’Bryon’s is your typical Irish pub and sports bar in the sense that there’s beer and TVs, but not so typical in the sense that the food is actually really good. They’re known for their wings, but honestly I love their wraps (California) and salads (Hyde Park), too. I firmly believe it’s hard to come by a solid sports bar with decent food, and O’Bryon’s continues to deliver every time I visit.
I’ve been coming back for years (primarily to watch Syracuse games with my alumni club) because they’re always so accommodating no matter how large our party is. They have an upstairs bar area that can be reserved for private parties (you just have to meet a minimum), but I’ve visited with my alumni club on several occasions and they’ve given us complimentary access to the upstairs. They even provided not one, but two bartenders, all to ourselves. The best part was there was no minimum cost, and we could cheer for our beloved Orange without any distractions.
If you’re looking to get a little rowdy, a fan favorite is the shark tank, although I haven’t been able to find a single person who can tell me what’s actually in it.

Nice place to unwind with friends and family, but it’s absolutely BOGUS a business of this kind would allow its patrons to dictate which tables are reserved hours in advance of an event. Seems like a poor business practice in that one guy drinking water by himself at a six-​top can hold down the table for an indefinite period of time, right? Pathetic and definitely a deterrent for groups of any size, particularly because the staff seems to be too detached to enforce house rules.

O’Bryon’s was my McGee’s away from home.
OB’s is an Irish Pub that hosts Ohio State game watches on the behalf of the Cincinnati Ohio State Alumni Association. I found information on both the alumni website and OB’s about coming here to watch the Buckeyes play TTUN.
We arrived just before 11am for a noon game time and there was a line of people waiting outside. The cool drizzle didn’t deter these dedicated fans and I was glad we showed up when we did. This being our first time here, we followed the crowd as they walked up to the upstairs area. We quickly grabbed a couple seats at the bar as most other tables were already reserved.
The TVs were behind the bar with some other screens located towards the back of the bar. I got the stadium mug that was $ 10 for the mug and $ 1 refills. This is a good deal if you are going to be here for 4 hours. We ordered food as well and everything was good. I had the quesadillas and they were really hardy. I normally finish what is placed in front of me but there was just a lot of food on that plate. Finally, due to the success of the Scarlet and Gray, every time the Bucks score O-​bombs are $ 3. I had one for good measure with Mary as we brought on the smackdown vs. scUM.

Five stars based on the wings alone. If you crave crispy, perfectly done wings with a great homemade sauce like I do, I challenge you to go to O’Bryon’s and disagree with me that these are among the best in the city.
The habanero ranch sauce is one of the most unique sauces at a wing place in Cincinnati. Be ready for some serious heat though — this sauce is made in house and some days it is on fire! They also offer a ‘southern style’ (a seasoned, breaded wing), that is awesome with dipping sauces on the side.
They have a nice beer selection to go with those wings. If you’re in the mood for something other than wings (but seriously, why?) the rest of the menu is good too.
The upstairs patio is a fun spot of a sunny summer afternoon. Huge TV’s in the bars, free self serve peanuts.
It’s also one of the few spots in town that I really feel like attracts a diverse crowd. There’s regular people and Notre Dame fans. Haha! (But it is actually a big Notre Dame bar, so you might want to check the schedule first). Sitting in between Hyde Park and Walnut Hills, O’Bryonville pulls from both and on any given night, you’ll meet someone new at O’Bryon’s.
P. S. Did I mention the awesome wings? They are awesome.

O’Bryon’s Bar & Grill is neighborhood bar in the middle of O’Bryonville between Hyde Park and East Walnut Hills in Cincinnati. I met up with some co-​workers after work on Friday for happy hour. Their beer selection was nothing special lots of corporate draft with a few local craft, they’re a sports bar so lots of TV’s, if you’re looking for sports bar to watch game on the weekends good, but for bar with good local craft as I enjoy try another bar.

My favorite spot in Cincinnati! The wings and pretzels are some of the best I’ve had, and this has become my go-​to spot to watch the games on Saturday and Sunday (especially when my Bears aren’t on TV).
I may be biased here as I live across the street, but the neighborhood is super safe as well! Can’t say enough good things about this place.

This is our local neighborhood bar and we are regulars. Love it here! The fish sandwich is awesome — I get it nearly every time — and the french fries! The french fries are the BEST! Crispy, hot, delicious. Every time. I had a private party upstairs for my husband’s birthday last year and people are still talking about what a great time they had. The service was outstanding (they even kept my cellphone safe when I left it there that night), we had some really great food (the wings and the veggie eggrolls were to die for!). We go here a few times a month and I’ve never been disappointed…(also great are the BLT, the fish and chips and the cobb salad!). Great burgers, too! And all of the tv screens have interesting sports to watch. Definitely worth stopping by this place.

I should have written this review a long long time ago as this place has become «the spot» for my roommates and I.
OBryons has got to have some of the best Chicken Wings in Cincinnati. It is a great place to watch all sports games and the food is all great. Servers are always nice and the people in the bar all love the place.
We will continue to come to this bar for as long as we live in the Hyde park area, you just can’t pass up a place like this.

I love obryons — especially in the summer when you can enjoy a bucket of beer outside! My favorite menu item is the potato skins — they are seriously awesome! They have a good fish sandwich as well. I’m excited for it to get warm again so I can go enjoy the roof top! :)

If it is not broken then don’t fix it: Beer, Food, Patio and Sports. O’Bryons is a great place to go if you want to kick back watch a game or take in some sun with your lunch on a roof top. If you are a Notre Dame fan this is the place to be on those joyous and sometimes tearful Saturdays. The food here is good but I would not say it is anything out of the ordinary, just think american pub food. I will say though I am a big fan of their buffalo wings and burgers.
When you first walk in you will notice large televisions lining the walls and the bar but also that it is a small area. Do not let this fool you there is another floor and a patio above you. Parking can be a bit of a hassle but my tip is to use the bank lot next door if you are visiting after seven in the evening. I do not know if this is allowed but I sure have been doing it since forever and have not had any issues.
Also if you an Notre Dame Alumni and reading this. ND club meetings are held in the upstairs bar. I totally recommend coming and bring a friend. It is usually $ 10 for all the food and beer.
Find yourself bored and want to catch a game in O’Bryonsville… this is the place to go.

It’s safe to say that O’Bryon’s Bar has left a lasting impression on me! What an awesome little place! The staff was super friendly and super fun. I could really tell that they enjoyed their jobs. Everyone in the bar was very down to earth and a lot of fun. There was music playing and drink specials. It was an awesome place to visit on a weeknight.
Now let’s discuss their famous wings… O-​M-​G! I’ll admit, I’m typically not a huge fan of wings but after hearing a few people rant and rave over how great theirs are, I had to try them. These wings definitely did not disappoint! I had the honey bbq and a friend had the Louisiana dry rub. Both were soooo good but the Louisiana dry rub were absolutely delicious!
I’ll definitely be back soon!

Whenever I see a «Best Wings in Cincinnati» list without O’Bryon’s I know the list is a piece of *#!%.
That being said the spicy garlic and hot buffalo are best. The cheese sticks are also great. But the quesadilla is just fantastic (however for some reason better in house than takeout). Also can’t go wrong with the Reuben, however the Reuben sliders don’t carry the same level.
Get a shark tank if you’re in college or want to pretend. Otherwise a fairly good tap list.

Here are a few reasons why O’Bryons has won my heart and sabotaged my sundays:
1) Their Sunday drink special is Jaeger, which makes a statement. One of the best parts about not being a student is that sundays are a free-​for-​all, though it is tough to find people in Cincinaughty who feel the same way. I’m so thankful for the first time I peeked under the O’bryons blanket and found them all hiding here.
2) The food is definitely above average for a bar — I would certainly come here just for a weekday lunch, without trying to aggressively pregame for afternoon meetings.
3) And if you’re a bad orderer, you won’t mind as much because of the wonderfully friendly wait staff, who seem to be enjoy their jobs much more than the clientele pregaming here on Sundays afternoons for Monday morning.
4) If you’re trying to drink outside, without doing so in your apartment parking-​lot, this is one of your best options in town. AND they have a quirky ritual of throwing your sharktank’s shark from the O’Bryons rooftop to some stranger’s rooftop. One day, that stranger will finally visit their roof and be inspired to build a jenga set out of toy sharks. Jengark? No, Sharkenga. NO, Topanga! #boymeetssharkworld
5) I’ve wrote this before, and I’m not afraid to typewrite it again — between clientele, drink prices, and music, music holds the largest part in my congested bar heart. And O’Bryons delivers — last time, upstairs they were rocking Justin Timberlake pandora, and downstairs what sounded like ’98’s 2nd greatest songs by one-​hit wonder artists. (e.g. instead of playing Mystikal’s «Shake ya Ass,» they played Mystikal’s «Danger.» #GodBlessAmerica

Super friendly staff and a great selection of brews on tap. We rider two Truths and the keg was running low but they were quick to let us grab a seat on the rooftop deck and change the keg for us. Great day, gorgeous view, good beer: can’t complain! Def will be back

I went to O’Bryon’s to watch a playoff NFL game a few months back. It is truly as advertised, an Irish Pub. A dive bar with awesome beer specials, that has nothing to hide. The instant you walk in you’ll notice there’s a one inch layer of peanut shells at your feet, the smell of stale beer, and stay long enough and I’m sure Dropkick Murphy’s will come up on the Jukebox.
I hate the new trend of Irish Pubs that are being built that are all glitz and glam, with expensive drinks and Irish memorabilia on the wall. O’Bryon’s brings it back to the classic Irish Pub. Did I mention their wings? They have a phenomenal variety of wings, and the ones that I tried, Cajun and Hot, were delicious. I highly recommend O’Bryon’s for any sporting event, and be sure to partake in their wings and drink specials!

O’Bryon’s Irish Pub is not messing around when it claims its name as an «Irish Pub.» This place is no joke.
Be prepared to walk into one of the divey-​est, most down to earth bars of all time. If you watch True Blood this place sort of reminds me of Merlott’s in attitude. Everyone knows each other and you are treated like family. This is the place to go for any sports event, boys night out or even just lunch with the fam.
I thought we came here a lot until I checked in here on Unilocal and literally 6 people said, «Get the Cajun wings with bleu cheese!» They were not lying. Had them salivating and rightfully so. You can get almost any flavor but the Cajun are to die for. Just spicy enough and the bleu cheese is the perfect compliment to cut the heat.
Also if you go up to the patio and look to your left you see a roof filled with plastic sharks and you don’t think this is normal, IT IS! They have a drink with 4 shots of vodka, sprite, and sweet and sour mix. Then they put a plastic shark in it filled with grenidine. You get it, dump the «blood» into the water and it never gets old. (Either that or I am easily entertained!) Either way this place has some of the best pub food around, great rooftop patio, and SUPER friendly service.
