Honestly it would be 2 stars if it wasn’t for the live music most weekends and the fact that on nights with good weather, sitting outside is nice and peaceful. It’s often busy on the weekends due to the combo! Definitely an older crowd which is why we probably won’t be back. If you’re going to Montgomery Inn for dinner on a night with good weather, it’s definitely worth stopping by this outdoor area and having a drink afterwards!

Cold beer but don’t say you are serving a higher end liquor and serve something cheap. Your clientele will certainly know the difference. Tip will reflect.

One of my favorite Blue Ash/Montgomery places! Best little dive bar of the suburbs… The people that go there are always fun to be around, and the staff is very friendly. They always have great live music, and the new fountain out front and the remodeled patio is great… the outdoor seating is great. Make sure you give these guys a try if you’re in the area!

It’s a dive bar. It’s not bad not good just ok. The patio is nice outside but that is about it. Just your average dive bar. If i am in that area or if some one wants to go there i will but to me it is nothing that special.

Nice place, my first visit left a good impression. I recommend the margarita, very tasty. I wish our group could have enjoyed the outside seating, but a band was playing and the place was packed. The interior is kinda dark and dive bar-ish so it’s a nice place if ya like that kind of atmosphere.

It’s a dive bar, and if you’ve read my reviews before, you know I love myself a good dive bar. This one is actually a bit classier than your normal dive, as it’s got a beautiful outdoor that extends to the main street. I would have loved to sit there but when we got to the place, there was a live band and it was packed outside. Inside we went. Inside is the dive in dive bar — low-lit, wood bar, neon signs, cheap drinks, the works. It’s a loud, fun, drinking atmosphere. We were a group of about 15 and no one minded when we pulled four tables together in the back and then were loud and annoying. We weren’t any more loud and annoying than anyone else in the bar though, so I guess it all worked out. Staff is friendly but busy so don’t expect too much chit-chat. Also, this is clearly a bar for people on a Friday night mission. I saw tons of people flirting, being shot down, hooking-up, and so on. As the night went on, the people got a little drunk and a little stranger, but it’s the suburbs, it happens. They also have Golden Tee and South Park Pinball in the back. Why? I say why not. It’s a neat bar. I may not go out of the way to come here but if I was in montgomery and looking for a drink, I’d come back.

this is the best neighborhood bar in montgomery. used to frequent it much more often when i worked at moeller, so this was a nice«homecoming,» as it were. a lot of the bars in montgomery are stuffy. this one is anything but. the staff is friendly and the prices are good. well, their great for this part of town. if you find yourself stuck in the ‘burbs — hit this spot up. you won’t be disappointed.

Great local bar. If you’re a sports fan and a game is on, you could have 15 friends in no time. Compliment to Cincy sports fans. They are good fans of seemingly hopeless teams. One negative, the crowd is a little loud, but than again they all know each other. Good location. No food, but isn’t that old school. You can get food delivered quickly. Angie is a great bartender, though the drinks are so-so, not strong enough but okay. Don’t be afraid to tell Angie you want a strong drink. Otherwise, most everyone at the corner are beer/shot drinkers. Not in love with the bar itself, short overhang and footrest, so its not too comfortable… your knees are jammed against the bar the entire time. Only been here on weeknights. On the weekends I think they have a beer tub girl… not a good sign. Walk in the front, which has a great patio area for nice days, and you have about 8 high tables on the left and a 12-barstool bar on the left. Great layout with enough TVs to watch the game. Popcorn is back towards the back near the restrooms. Unfortunately horrible music was being played on the jukebox instead of the game audio.

A pub without a kitchen? Clearly you were drunk when you chose the name.
