At Advanced Building Solutions every house is a BIG DEAL. We do MAX to keep your house as clean as it was before we stepped in. We use tarps, shoe covers etc. Since our company is not too big every project gets 100% of our attention. We don’t provide average quality, only the highest! How do we do it? Viktor, the owner of the company, graduated from Institute of Technology with «A» on every subject. He oversees every job himself. In addition to that, he is not only HVAC Contractor, but also General Contractor, which makes him know whole building structure, including electricity and plumbing, and also makes him see every problem much wider then ordinary HVAC contractor. Viktor loves what he is doing and again he never lets himself go for average quality, he says: «It is just against my nature!»

History

Established in 2012.

In 2003 being 18 years old, Viktor started working at a private hospital on a small position. Seeing his eager to do things perfectly his employer raised him to a maintenance position. Here everything started. From refurnishing old cabinets to remodeling whole rooms, (and then whole hospital, room by room) Viktor felt delight in what he was doing. Along with work Viktor studying HVAC at Institute of technology, Sacramento. He graduated with brilliant success. An «A» on every subject. So now he confidently walks into HVAC career, working for local HVAC companies, where he gained a lot of hands on experience by repairing and installing equipment.

In 2012, when there was great shake in economy, he decided to go on his own. So he starts Advanced Building Solutions, a company with knowledge, great passion for the job, and honest, friendly attitude to people.

Viktor is honest and professional guy. He is very punctual and responsible. When there’s a call about broken A/​C (of course it happens on hot summer day) he is there in no time.

Besides his contractor business he loves carpentering. He is husband and awesome dad of three cute princesses.
