Mmmmmm!!! Came in for a scoop, but decided to get the Turtle Cappuccino Blast… we watched the dark haired woman fix them up(we think it was owner) and she fixed them up perfect! So delicious! What a treat!

I have to say I have never been so excited about ice cream as I was on Mothers Day 2016. Momma needed something sweet and it was on me so we entered into this Auburn Blvd location to satisfy the need for something cool and sweet . We were greeted by a super helpful, adorable Andrew! Thank You for humoring me and my quirky family. My Mom was very happy to have most of her kids around to celebrate her greatest decisions-US– and this delicious ice cream made the day so much more special. All of the usual celebratory fare is available as take out or special order. There had to be at least 31 flavors of ice cream available and our top 3 choices this day were rocky road, jamocha almond fudge and Carmel truffle amazingness. We shared the 3 scoops topped off with fresh whip piled high n wide that sat along side a combination of white chocolate and dark chocolate cookies that Andrew fresh baked for us. Can I get a Hell yeah? !!! Definitely worth the indulge once in awhile! Good luck with your future at BR Andrew– you should consider purchasing one in the future– you have what it takes to keep customers Happy

We walked in and weren’t greeted. Then the lady came from the back and didn’t seem very friendly. But definitely gave us our ice cream. She was irritated when we asked for samples. She did not say have a nice evening. But the ice cream was good even though my cone was not fully intact.

We have always love this place but not recently. Went in and ordered a sundae and the scoops were so small it wasn’t worth it. Realized the person was new so went with it. Well we decided to try again on my birthday. My husband and daughter ordered a 2 scoop waffle cone and the scoops were big and I thought great they have learned but I was wrong. I ordered a sundae and again the scoops were about small. They said the scoops in a sundae are always very small. In all the years were have gone there they have never been small. If I ever go back I will get a cone so I get ice cream and not just a taste of ice cream.

So I’m here for an update. I emailed the corporate office who then forwarded my email to this location. The manager then emailed me back and 1 called me a sir which I am not, the email was full of grammatical and spelling errors and to add insult to injury he basically said I was wrong and tried to order a banana split which is absolutely not true I HATE bananas! He then attached the coupon and said«look at the attached coupon, It clearly says not valid on 3 scoop sundae, babasplit and premium sundaes.» Yes he said BABASPLIT!!! Then said come in with Id and we will honor the coupon… um no!!! So the next day I sent a friend in with the same coupon and told her to order one regular sundae with vanilla ice cream and the $.99 one with chocolate and he said she couldn’t order that. Now I’m pretty sure he’s just an asshole and doesn’t want to honor coupons!!! This place is walking distance and my family and I no longer go here we drive to the one on greenback where they actually do their jobs!

Today was my son’s birthday and I needed a cake with rocky road ice cream in it. I called every Baskin-Robbins in town and Vicky was the only employee willing to help me on a Sunday. She made me a last minute cake and it turned out fabulous! I’ll definitely be back again, thank you so much!

The«manager» wrote me a message demanding that I remove the photo I put up of the«RUDEMANAGER»… the thing is… She said the picture was of her employee. Acting like the person in the picture wasn’t her. I clearly remember the name tag. It was the same person writing to me. So, when I returned the message. I told, who ever I was conversing with, that I knew they were the person in the picture I had put up. Sorry guys, I just wanted to warn everyone who was SORUDE30 minutes before closing and why not to come here. Not once was there an apology for how rude«THE person in the picture was. They could they have said, «we need to talk to everyone again about what our values at Baskin Robbins are»… no. Or maybe, «we’ll retrain the employees on the proper way to help our customers»…no. I asked if they could at least address the rude«employee,» and that I would write them another review based on their response back to me. Of course, a little irritated with the manager pretending it wasn’t her, I sassed that I’ll post whatever I want, especially if it is to warn others about insanely rude businesses. As I went back to write to them letting them know I was going to change my picture… they blocked me? Now, I know(and you as well), this is how things work here. THEYDON’T CAREABOUTYOU. Oh ya, I took screen shots of all the messages back and forth. Good thing too because they’ve changed the name of the manager now from Nimisha to Rashmin after I told them I knew it was them in the picture and that I remember her name tag. Smart move on my end.

The ice cream is good but the manager now has his daughter working there and she gives extremely small scoops. Won’t go back unless he is behind the counter. Dad, I bet your business has gone down since you put her to work. Go further down the road to the Baskin Robbins that is in with Togo’s by Safeway. The place is small but gives big scoops of ice cream. The girl that waited on us was just too friendly which was a little off putting. Calm down.

Not the greatest location I’ve been to. It’s dinky and doesn’t look very clean inside. They have a bunch of signs promoting things they don’t offer anymore or are out of. We asked for 4 different items and were told«we’re out of this» and they’re discontinuing that. I ended up just asking for a milkshake. He pointed out that they will be out of milk because of it. My shake was runny and tasted like the milk was past it’s due date. The guys started talking a bunch of trash about the owners, which I can understand their frustrations with working for someone who runs their business like this one, but we as customers don’t want to hear about it. It was awkward and uncomfortable. To the owners– take the cameras facing your staff out and quit stalking them all day. It’s creepy and rude and you should have better things to do, like making sure your store is stocked with the items you’re promoting. I love Baskin Robbins but it’s locations like this where I understand why they’re all disappearing.

They have ice cream and it’s good. I usually get helped by a teenager who is polite enough. They manage to say the required niceties.(Hello, Can I help you?, Thanks for coming!) They even sound enthusiastic most of the time. Let’s not kid ourselves though we are at Baskin Robbins for the ice cream not for the top notch customer service. I’m usually able to get in and out quickly with exactly what I wanted. They have one job, scoop ice cream and they do their job well.

First time here. Pulled in for a quickie single dip cone. The employee, and I take it manager, was doing something in the front window while on a hands free phone. She was yaking away in some language very loudly; I’ll just assume it was Indian. She does not acknowledge my entrance to the store. No greeting nothing and she keeps rambling on while I look at the flavors. I’m now waiting and she’s still rambling away. There’s an older couple eating their ice cream in the store and they look very uncomfortable. They glance up at me with sympathy as they hurry through their ice cream. Finally the lady comes over to me «what can I get you?» Still no greeting and no apology for keeping me waiting. I tell her, she nods absently and continues her foreign language conversation. Without a word she hands me my ice cream and walks over to the cash register still engaged in her conversation. She pauses to tell me how much it is and I pay her. She says not one word of thanks, not one«have a good day, thanks for coming in». Rather she is still going strong on the phone conversation. The ice cream was soft. And it melted almost immediately. I think it was kept too warm.

The one great thing about baskin robins is ;whichever location you go to the icecream is always the same. I can always count on the world class chocolate being awesome. What set the locations apart is the cleanliness of the store and the helpfulness and attitude of the employee. Unfortunately the location wasn’t the cleanest and the employee was barley capable and the own/manager wasn’t going to help. Thus the three stars. It would have been one star if the icecream didn’t rock. Its always a downer when you order a milkshake and you see them start to weigh out the icecream. What can I say I’m a firm believer that when you order a milkshake the excess should be given to you preferably in the stainless steel mixer cup. This is why letherbys will always be king.
