I probably wouldn’t be soo harsh with a one star if their employee was actually helpful, but she wasn’t at all and it was such a disappointing experience. I actually recommended my mom to come here after always passing by and seeing their clothes from the outside. As soon as we walk in, An employee kept giving us dirty looks. Not once did she greet us or ever ask if we needed assistance.
I once worked in retail and know how essential it is to interact with customers and make them feel welcome. It was just awkward, especially with the mean stares we were given the whole time we were there. The employee made it obvious that she wasn’t approachable so I grabbed my mom and decided to give our business elsewhere.
I can honestly say this is the only store in the mall i’ve ever experienced bad customer service. I definitely won’t be back.
