Worst McDonald’s ever. 2 out of the 3 times I’ve been here, they made my order incorrect. Although the reciept had the correct modifications. The 3^rd time I only ordered a shake. I’m sitting with a 6 piece nugget only to open the box and find 3. Thanks for ripping me off.

They remodeled this McDonald’s and it’s super nice. Very clean and has a nice, relaxing atmosphere. The play place is also really nice.

Horrible service cold food and also the wrong food at a few different times all the employees are rude and snobby and will give you attitude if you are not ready to order the second you walk up to the register this is a horrible McDonald’s

I ordered 2 breakfast burritos this morning. They came out smaller then normal, but tasty nonetheless. I guess I can’t expect much from a fast food chain.

Went here a little while ago because I heard they had the breakfast items all day now. So I’m in the drive thru and order two sausage McMuffins with egg and the girl at the window tells me to pull over to the parking lot and wait there. I hate it when they ask people to do this, especially if there are are no other cars in the drive thru. I can understand why they want you to wait in the lot if you’re ordering a lot of food and its going to take a little time to get it together, but there was nobody else there and I was only ordering two things.
What really ticks me off is when I do pull to the parking lot and then some other person gets their food at the window without having to wait out here.

Took the kids here to get out of the house. The store itself is really clean, our order came fast. However, for a location with a play place this place sure doesn’t seem set up to be family friendly. When I pulled up in my minivan, the parking spaces were too narrow to fit a compact stroller in between two parked cars, there are not many spaces near the entrance and one of them was «reserved for drive thru». Really? If someone is eating in their car there is no reason to take up a space near the door. Navigating the parking lot with my three small children did not feel safe.

Okay, so I live right near this McDonald’s and I hardly ever go but occasionally I crave their sweet tea or chicken selects. I went there today and they just got rid of their chicken selects again which I’m super bummed about because it was my favorite. But aside from that, literally every single time I go there they get my order wrong and I end up going back in so they can correct it, which would be no problem except they have an attitude about it every time. Now that they got rid of my favorite item I have no reason to go and deal with their awful attitude, I’ll get my sweet tea somewhere else.

Wow! What a ripoff!!! There are three Mcdonald’s I usually stop at in my area depending on which direction I’m headed. I usually just buy a soft drink and fries at this one. I was a bit more hungry today so I ordered two Big Mac’s and was charged $ 4.29 each for them!!! The other two McDonald’s I go to sells them 2 for $ 5. I will never, ever go to this McDonald’s again.

We have been frequenting this McDonald’s for quiet sometime, in the last year EVERY time we order the Sausage McMuffin with egg. The English muffin is burnt. We have talked to the manager, or one of them. Each time they offer to replace the Sandwhich and yep we have gotten another set of burnt food. REALLY? We have been told that the toaster was broken, but that cannot be the case for over a year. I wrote to corporate today and hope that the burning of the food stops… soon. On the Manager’s defense he did offer to give us new food, but I was home and wasn’t going there just for more burnt sandwiches. I know that this is not at all the McDonalds because I have been to others in the area for breakfast and the food is as it should be NOT burnt. I hope the «Managers» at this McDonalds will see this and either get a new toaster, or train employees on how to properly toast those English Muffins. I’m including a picture of my sad sandwich that I got today. I had to cut the entire ¼ inch around it and the bread was still pretty chewy.
Update 4÷19÷15:
In all fairness to the restaurant, I went back earlier this week and after complaining to the corporate office, the burning of the Mcmuffins was fix. I purchased 2 Mcmuffins and they were not burnt, Yay! Thank you for fixing this, too bad it took a call to corporate to get it fixed.

Ok, it’s a McDonald’s. So, with that in consideration, this is one of the nicest ones. Very clean, nicely decorated, fast wifi, power outlets, and USB charging outlets.

I go to this McDonald’s almost every morning. The drive through is always very fast. They always get my order right at this McDonald’s and the food is always hot. Thanks guys!

Was denied service for getting out of my car and throwing away some trash that I had in my vehicle, while I was in the drive thru. I could understand this if it was noon and was the lunch rush. But it was 3am and their wasn’t a soul around. Very bad customer service. He obviously had a superiority issue, and you could tell he enjoyed the fact that he can deny service to people. which is horrible if you work at mcdonalds… He even accused me of «peeing in the flowers»… when I tried explaining to him what had happened, he refused to listen to me.

For those of you who know me this is going to come as a shock I found a McDonalds that is awesome always clean employees always friendly food accuracy is great this is what a franchise should be they should send all the other McDonald’s in the area and have the owner check out this one is ran can base it off this one unlike the McDonalds on antelope and highway 80 don’t know why that was still open they need to come over here and take notes Jennifer that works in the morning awesome girl

Food is consistently hot and fast, especially breakfast. Employees are nice and friendly. Some sketchy people hang out here at times and one annoying employee is constantly sweeping, pushing chairs around and dumping garbage about as loud as the garbage man in my neighborhood. I like that they have Fox News on the tv. The masses need to learn something about what the media has been feeding them over the past 50 years. I still show up once a week.

The supervisor needs to let the help in the lobby do there work, it seems like they care more about washing the parking lot. I’m afraid Mc Donalds is going to lose the best lobby worker they have Ever had, supervisor needs to tell everyone instead of just. Chony

I normally don’t review fast food and even giving this place 2 stars is a lot for me. It stands out over most because its very clean and they have a lot of seating in the «restaurant»

I like this place even before the remodel. Tonight was another story. Went through the drive thru and placed my order. Thought my wife checked the bag and she didn’t. Got home and missing a Big Mac off of an order of a #1. How do you miss the main part of the meal?
So I drive back and 2 alk inside. The young lady who took my order rolled her eyes because she knew she forgot. Took my bag of food and my receipt to make a fresh new order. I appreciated thay she did this but her attitude was not the best.
This location used to have a very friendly staff but apparently not anymore.

Now that my daughter is old enough to play at play places, I have been to quite a number of them. This particular location is typically clean considering the amount of people who dine here. The food is good, even a bit above average for McDonald’s food. However, what stands out is the friendly people who are always very kind and engaging with my kiddos. For example tonight, I believe Mike was his name, was super cool to us. Good place to take the kids and felt safe even after 9 pm.

This review is based solely on my experiences with the drive-​thru. As far as the food goes, it is typical fast food quality. The line generally goes quickly.
The low rating is due to the customer service. I have been here quite a few times and the staff is not very friendly. They just take your money, give your food and send you on your way. Once, the passenger in my car wanted to make a small change to her order at the first window and the cashier was very rude about it, huffing and rolling her eyes. I believe that this a customer service business and therefore the staff should be professional, friendly and accommodating.

Horrible service they made us wait in the drive through and skipped us, there were three cars served before us in the first lane as we waited in the second lane.
