Well I must say my experience here today was good. Bought 2 pair of shoes and 50 off the 2nd pair. Went to Off Broadway first. Not as good a selection of Sketchers and higher priced to boot.(Pun intended) but still… shop around. It pays. 2 pair of nice shoes. 80 dollars. Nice. I will shop here again!

The short fat white trash lady with blonde hair. Her name is ANGELA C. I believe she’s a manager and she’s a complete bitch. Not only to her customers but to her employees. She’s very rude and talks down at people like they’re 5! She gets all angry and worked up over nothing. I don’t advise anyone to shop there, she couldn’t even give me eye contact when I asked her a question. She yelled at one of the regular employees in front of everyone. Her voice is so condescending and loud. It makes my ears bleed. She shouldn’t even be allowed to work for Skechers ATALL and I really do hope she gets fired.

I’ve always prided myself on getting a great deal. I’ll never shop here again. Just got taken to the cleaners by this company. Caution: watch for inflated prices and a strange return policy.

I love skechers for my work shoes, I however dont like their prices. They constantly have this buy one get half off sale, Id rather you just lower the damn price. Or stock more than one of my size for my work shoes so instead of once a year buying new shoes I only have to come back every 2 years.

We have become new Skecher fans within the past year and keep coming back. The outlet stores have much better prices so that is where we buy them most of the time. I usually shop at the West Sac store but we were in the area for dinner last night. It is typically is a giant rectangular store with rows and rows of shoes. We had to meet some friends so we had limited time. We walk in and I immediately see two female employees in the middle of the store but directly in front of the doorway. I waited for a greeting and an approach for help. The two continued to socialize with each other without even looking at the next few people walking through the door. I wandered aimlessly looking for running shoes. Another lady was wandering aimlessly too. The two girls were going on about their night what bar they like to frequent. We were within 10 ft of them. OMG it was absolutely unreal. I have worked retail for 10 yrs in my twenties and the number one rule is that you do not socialize when there are customers in the store and you certainly stop a moment to greet your customer. I felt like I would be interrupting their long intense story by asking a question. After about ten minutes(when their conversation was done), one asks if I needed any help. Yes i did and the shoes I wanted was nowhere near I thought it would be. Left side mens and right side womens. Dummy me was looking on the right when they were on the left! under the sign that says men. Hmph. My point is, it would have saved me tons of time if I had known that when I walked in. I refused to buy shoes there but my husband found a few. The second girl at the register had a tough time finding me because she wasn’t spelling my email right. Then I ask her about the $ 10 offer and that I should have had one for signing up. She said it would have been emailed. I asked if there was an expiration because I had not seen it. She said she didn’t think so but didn’t really know? WTF. How can you not know about your promos??? If this was my first time, I would probably swear off Skechers forever but it is not. I just won’t be coming back to this store EVER. Worst retail customer service I have seen in a longtime. Usually you have to have a manager on duty at all times and I fear one of them was one. UGH.
