I ordered my dress here. The owner, Vivan, helped me. It took about 6 and a half months for my dress to come, which is standard for special ordered wedding dresses. She even put the corset back in for me and included it in the price. She’s quite the perfectionist. Her alterations (hem and bustle) were VERY expensive at $ 400 but the dress is perfect!

I ordered my dress here 5 months ago and it still has not come in. Each time I have called they say I am not on file and I have to do the whole run down of my name, date of the wedding, how mine and finance’s name is spelled and once I even had to fax over my receipt to prove that I bought a dress. I keep being told my dress is on backorder, but does it really take more than 5 months!!! It is very stressful and the workers seem very incompetent. I bought my dress here because they have good prices on the wedding dresses but you get what you pay for in the service. I absolutely do not recommend any one to buy a dress or anything from here. I have a really bad feeling that my wedding day is gonna come and still no dress =(
