I have a home warranty company to whom I pay good money to cover any issues I have with my pool equipment. However, they completely dropped the ball so that in addition to my pool having thick green algae I was losing hundreds of gallons of water daily from a leak.
I called numerous pool repair companies starting at noon on Saturday once I found out the home warranty company «accidentally» cancelled my ticket after waiting for 4 days for a service provider to show up. The only company to reply on Saturday (almost immediately) was Scott with All Pro Pool Service and Repair.
Scott arrived within the hour of receiving my desperate call and within 15 minutes had determined the cause of several problems. There was a leak in one of the pool’s solar panels and the valve between the pump and solar equipment was tweaked. In addition there was a leak in the pool cleaning pump causing loss of water. On top of that he found that the pump and filter (although recently serviced) were not functioning sufficiently to clean the pool and thus that was why the pool was full of green algae.
Scott was able to stop the water leak between the pump/​filter and the solar system and stop the leak in the cleaning pump. He also recommended a new pool pump and filter since the current equipment was not functioning sufficiently to keep the pool clean. He told me the new equipment would be available for installation the following Saturday.
For the next 7 days the existing pool pump and filter ran 24 hours a day and never was it able to clean the pool. This is the same problem I had been having for several months. I have had the filter cleaned three time in the last 2 months but nothing was working. Thanks to Scott, after only 24 hours of having the new equipment installed the problems with the pool were completely gone… no more green algae.

I just bought a house in Pittsburg that has a pool. I knew nothing about cleaning the pool and what goes into it. So i read Unilocal reviews, and decided to give All Pro a call. Scott came out and looked at my pool and taught me a lot the first day. I even saved money on my pool cover by taking his advice. He shows up when he says he will, and is a very stand up guy. Scott was very prompt in coming out to solve the pool turning murky green. Very professional treating the pool, giving helpful instructions to care for the pool. He got a new client and we are very happy.

I called Scott and others to help me figure out why my pool sweeper and pump didn’t seem to be working right. He was the first one to reply, came out early and could have charged me for a new piece of equipment… what did I know. He told me I had a clog, cleaned it out in 20 minutes and my water was flowing!

I recommend Scott for any pool maintenance needs you might have in Concord or the surrounding area. I needed my filters cleaned and my pool system given an overall check. I emailed him and he responded quickly, coming out the very same day, and giving excellent advice. I like dong the weekly maintenance on my own, but should I decide to have someone do it, Scott is the person I would call.

Scott is excellent! Not only in his maintenance and repair of our equipment but in explaining (sometimes more than once) how to work the equipment properly. He’s always willing to go above and beyond. I’ve recommended him to quite a few others and will continue to do so.

We have been using All Pro for a year and a half now. Scott is great and very knowledgeable. He comes out on a weekly basis cleans and puts chemicals in the pool and the pool always looks great. It is totally maintenance free for us and we love that! We recently just bought a hot tub and he is now taking care of that for us and saving us a lot of money on chemicals. I would highly recommend Scott to anybody looking for an honest and dependable pool service.
Also, I was a little worried at first with having 3 small dogs in the backyard when he comes through. He is always very attentive and makes sure the dogs don’t get out and the gate is closed at all times.

I recently started receiving monthly pool service from All Pro. My first interaction with Scott (the owner) was back in April 2012 when I purchased a home that had an in ground pool in the Walnut Creek area. I called multiple company’s looking for someone to basically come out and bring the pool back to life (it was green and not swim-​able). Scott was the only one who picked up and sounded very knowledgeable and quoted what I felt was a very reasonable price, so i hired him to do the job. Scott came out the next day and was finished in just a couple days, the end result was great. He recommended that I start chemical and cleaning service with him but I wanted to try it myself as this was the first home I have owned with a pool. To my surprise he actually spent the next 15 min or so giving me pointers on how to do so and told me to give him a call if i ever had questions or needed help.
By June I was done with the «do it yourself» philosophy and I called Scott back, again he came out and was there the same day to give me a quote, I thought it was a great value based on the amount of time it would give back to me so I started the service and am glad I did. A couple times during the summer small things went wrong with my older equipment and Scott was always available to help (he is very knowledgeable and prompt), not to mention my pool sparkled all summer long. I am just glad that I found a reliable small business owner who takes pride in his work and delivers great results and service. If you have a pool CALL ALL PRO! It’s well worth it.

‘All Pro Pool Service’ was recommended to me by a friend, when I was planning to buy a house with a pool. I decided to call him when the pool initial cleaning and maintenance had to be done (pool was green when I closed the house). The owner Scott was extremely responsive, willing to help, quick to get on the job and help with the needs of my pool.
He also was great in letting me know on things I do not really need to spend money, looking out for my best interest together with the interest of the pool, which helped me avoid spending unnecessary $.
I have purchased cleanup and ongoing maintenance from him and he is just awesome. Not to mention, very tech savvy, he quickly responses to emails, text (SMS) messages and utilizes iPADs to send the invoice, etc. which I really like and benefit in my busy schedule.
