Excellent service!!! I was very satisfied with the service. The shuttle driver was on time for my scheduled pickup at the airport. I certainly will use this company again.

I called the day before I needed a shuttle to schedule a reservation and got their answering service. I left a message indicating that I needed to be picked up from the Madren Center/James Martin Inn around 3:45 the next day to head to the Greenville/Spartanburg Airport. That call was placed on Wednesday at 6:49pm to be exact, which is within their reservation hours indicated on the website(9am-8pm Monday-Friday). By 10 am the next day(Thursday) no one had returned my call, so I called again and got someone on the line. I was then informed that they could book a reservation, but the fee would be $ 90 instead of the usual $ 70 because I didn’t book 24 hours in advance. Granted, the call I made the night before when I left the message was indeed outside the 24 hour window(by only 3 hours); however, this is very frustrating because A) the website does not indicate any such 24 hour advance notification for reservations, nor does their answering service, so how was I to know? and B) I tried calling the day before but no one answered my call during their reservation hours and my call was not returned as I requested. I am more than happy to comply with a company’s policies, but not when those policies are hidden and customers have no way of knowing what they are, and especially when I make an effort to call the day before to place a reservation and my call is not returned by the next day. To the company’s credit there is a section on their website that outlines their terms and surcharges, but a 24 hour notice for reservations is not one of those listed. In summary, imagine yourself having a very full day of work related activities while traveling out of office and finally getting a break in the evening to try and book transportation back to the airport for the next day. You place a call and leave a message. By the next morning your call hasn’t been returned so you call back and are informed that you have to pay an additional fee because you didn’t place the reservation the day before, which is when you did, indeed, place your initial call to try and book a reservation. This was a frustrating experience for me while on business related travel.
