AS GOOD AS IT GETS is a perfect description for Tom and Anytime Appliance !
I called Tom last Friday to come out to fix our dishwasher and also an oven. (Yes two appliances down at the same time, imagine that) He said he could come out the following day. He said he would call me the next morning to let me know what time he would be coming over. He called at 10 am said he would be there by noon. Sure enough he showed up at 11:55 a.m. (ahead of schedule — unheard of) It only got better from there.
The dishwasher was the first to get a look. He took off the side panel and after some thorough investigating, discovered a simple part that had come loose (no parts were needed) he simply fixed a gasket on a float sensor that had come loose… Then on to the oven. The touch panel was not responding when I pressed it, therefore if oven was turned on I had to shut the breaker to turn the oven off. After pulling oven out and removing the back cover, Tom discovered that the computer panel had come loose on one side (it was glued — not screwed in place ?? by the manufacturer (Bosch) he secured it back in place and what do you know — panel is working again. I have never met a more honest and reliable repairman.
Tom is genuinely a «great guy» a refreshing pleasure to call when you need an appliance repair person. When i saw the bill — I felt like I was ripping HIM off… actually gave him a tip.

We had a problem with our freezer. We decided to call Anytime Appliance Repair because of the great reviews. Tom was very courteous asked us a few questions and and was able to come out early the next day (Saturday) with the part that needed replaced. Freezer was fixed and running great in no time. He was friendly and professional… service was reasonably priced as well. We would definitely recommend AAR (Tom) to anyone wanting friendly, fast, efficient & reasonable priced appliance repair!

Spoke to a serviceman who said he was busy, but would return my call in 15 minutes. 4hrs went by and my call was never returned. No biggie, he must’ve forgot. I called back and again was told that he was busy, but would call back in 15 minutes (must be his standard line). The day passed and he never returned my call. I tried calling back the following day and got the same guy. Again, he told me he was busy and would call back in 15 minutes. (yeah right). I confirmed that he had my number and reminded him that he told me the same thing twice before without following through. A week later, I’m still waiting on a return call.
Completely unreliable and dishonest company.

A great thanks to Anytime appliance, on a Saturday afternoon while cleaning my refrigerator I unfortunately caused a bit if chaos. the result was a call to Anytime who really sticks to their name. They came out at 4 in the afternoon and with a few short questions when I had called, showed up at our door with the parts in hand. A very short time, he had it up and running and nothing was lost food wise. I felt for the quick response and repair that he was fairly priced and very friendly. Thanks alot! We will surely keep him in mind when we need great service again.

Would definitely recommend Tom Busby of Anytime Appliance Repair. He is prompt, courteous and knows how to fix things! Had a washer that wouldn’t spin and he listened to it for a minute and knew immediately what needed fixing. Work comes with a 30 day labor/​1 year parts warranty.

Right now it’s 2° outside. Inside, a toasty 72°. And it’s all thanks to Tom Busby of Anytime Appliance Repair. The blower motor in my furnace up and died on the coldest day of the year so far, and the day was already have gone. Called the original installer, and they wouldn’t be able to make it until the next day, and the temperature in the house was dropping rapidly. Did some quick searches and looked over reviews, and called Tom.
Despite it being late on a busy day, he was over in less than 90 minutes (which includes the time he took to stop and pick up a new motor). Tom is friendly, professional and he obviously knows his stuff. Unfortunately he was given a bad motor (!) and it was already nearly 5pm. Tom worked up a solution involving another motor he had on hand, and said he’d return in the morning. I would have been happy to let it go at that point; we had heat, we’d make it through the night, and this motor was working better than what we’d had. He insisted on coming back with a new motor, and knew it was the better option in the long run. He was back in the morning and had the new motor in place in 20 minutes, and the furnace is now running better than it ever has before.
Not once did he try to push anything additional upon me, but he made me feel extremely confident about having him back to evaluate a new HVAC system, or any appliance I’ll ever need repaired. He is simply that «old school» type of service person who goes above and beyond and makes you feel like your home is in good hands should you need his help. On top of all that, despite the problems with the first motor, the extended time and his return visit the next day, the price was EXCEPTIONALLY reasonable and broken down clearly. Honestly, it was about half of what I expected under the circumstances. Our home is an old one, and I’m certain I’ll be seeing him again. I hope that anyone in similar circumstances who (like me) is terrified and simply doesn’t know who to call runs across this review. Stop looking, you found him. Set your mind at ease and give him a call. 5+ Stars for Tom B. and AAR.

One thing I always like is working directly with the owner. He was able to arrive at my house only 90 minutes after i called. He was friendly, courteous and did the repair quickly. He didn’t try to upsell me on some service plan, which I always find annoying. The labor is warrantied for 30 days and the parts for 1 year. Also, despite being a small business, he accepted my debit card.

Fast courteous and fair, he came out on Sunday and looked at what was wrong with my dryer, he had on hand one of the 2 parts needed. Gave me a 20 minute window of when he would be back the next day, went to worked he called when he was on his way to finish the job. Nicest guy, I would recommend and will use him again.
