I recommend that you are present during the home inspection so I can thoroughly explain my findings and answer your questions as well. Once the inspection is completed, I will email you a report, complete with color photos and easy-​to-​understand detailed descriptions, within 24 hours of the inspection… typically, the same day.

In addition to home inspections, I am also licensed by the state of Ohio for Radon testing and Wood Destroying Insect Inspections.

While working in management for over ten years, I worked very closely with customers and with my employees. I developed a passion for helping people, whether it be helping my employees get to the next level or working to find resolutions for customer’s concerns. Also, as part of my previous employment, I was conducting commercial property inspections.

Two years ago, my wife and I were blessed with a beautiful baby boy! It wasn’t long after he was born that, because I was working so many hours, I wasn’t as active in his life as I would have liked. Becoming a Certified Home Inspector seemed like the perfect fit as I could combine my previous experience with commercial property inspections, my passion for helping people and the flexibility to play an active role in my son’s life!
