Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and graduate of the ASHI School. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours each year on continuing education relating to building systems, structure and home inspection. Licensed for Radon testing in Ohio (having to maintain eight hours per year of continuing education for that as well).

Business Owner

My name is Paddy Mulloy and my background is diverse. I hold a degree in Biology with a Chemistry minor from Marshall University, and have worked in various industries, including 10+ years in management. I have over fifteen years of home remodeling experience in all aspects of home construction and finish work, including tiling, drywall, carpentry, landscaping (including decks and patios), plumbing, electrical, and foundation and concrete repairs.

I established Cutting Edge Home Inspection in 2011 after attending the ASHI School.

I have lived in Geauga County with my wife and three children since 2005, having moved here from Albuquerque, New Mexico. We have set down roots here in northeast Ohio and love the area. I feel a deep sense of pride to offer my services to the people of northeastern Ohio.
