Get Go

This gas station is incredible.
One could make an endless list of great things about this place but I will start with their made to order sandwiches. The fresh made subs are so good that they rival Penn Station, they’re even better in some ways actually. The ingredients are very fresh and you can taste the difference in quality. They have more bread options, and a very easy ordering system including many condiment options, toasted vs untoasted, etc. Plus it’s $ 4.99 for a 7 inch, way better deal than penn station especially if you load up on ingredients. If you like subs, like a good deal, and know how to build a good sandwich then you MUST try the subs here. On top of that this store is very clean and organized, they have a wide selection of sundries (including an incredible giftcard selection,) a nice walk in cooler full of beer, and a large fountain drinks/​coffee selection with lots of complementary milks/​creamers for your drink. They have a machine for mixing your own frozen shake, they’ve got Krispy Kreme donuts, both an indoor and outdoor seating area which are both very nice (outdoor area has extra wide seats!) FREE air for your tires, and tons of atmosphere, this place is just NICE. Plus, the gas was $ 2.00/gallon this evening.
I don’t care if this place is «just a gas station,» they know what they’re doing and they do it WELL. I really don’t know what the hell more you could ask of a gas station/​convenience store. They are quite literally living up to the word «convenient» in the best way they can.

This Get Go is awesome. The employees are always friendly and social, even at 7am! I usually get coffee in the morning here 3 – 4 times a week. The Morning Rush is awesome!

When I drove the Lakewood to Independence via 117 to I90 route, this was my morning stop for coffee. The staff is nice and I often would grab a $ 5 – 6 car wash. Ca-​ching!

I don’t think I could ever give a gas station five stars, simply because it’s an errand. However: this Get Go is great, especially compared to a couple others I’ve been to.
There are a very large number of pumps, and ample space to get around cars that are occupying pumps. Also lots of parking in the lot of the gas station in case you just wanted to grab something quick. I haven’t been inside the store, but it looks pretty well-​kept from the outside.
And, like the others have said, it’s just so cool to use your fuelperks!

I love going here early in the morning on my way to work. I usually get a columbian blend coffee and a pack of smokes. The coffee is surprisingly good, and up until recently, they were giving you an extra 3 cents in fuel perks for purchasing a large coffee. Small victory. I mean, I need coffee and cigarettes anyway, why not get an extra little gift while you’re doing it!

There are several small victories each of us get. When we get them, we love them and smile to ourselves. One of these is when we see the $ 3.10 a gallon and we swipe our Giant Eagle card and we just saved 0.40 cents a gallon. It’s little things like these that keep us happy. Savor your conquest folks… you earned it.
