Hedricks Chevrolet

I recently purchased a Corvette and had some questions about about a technical service bulletin covering the body control module. I went to the service department on 1÷11÷16 near closing. The guy at the counter was helpful looking up my car’s recall history, but could not answer my questions. He said that I could come back the next day and speak with the shop foreman.
I came back the next day, and was told that they don’t let customers speak with the mechanics. If that was the policy, why didn’t they just tell me that the day before? Instead, they wasted my time by having me drive back across town the next day. Then they asked me if I wanted to schedule an appointment to have my car serviced. If this is the kind of «service» they provide, I won’t be using their establishment unless I have exhausted all other options.
I have been using Sunnyside Automotive Repair near Fowler Ave & Clinton Ave. for 20 years and have never had an issue with their work or customer service. Sunnyside Auto will continue to get my business. I guess I was foolish to expect that a Chevrolet dealership would care about helping a Chevrolet owner.

Very busy place for service department. Not clearly layout service area. Costumer feel like we are on top of one another checking in. If my company did force me here I would have gone somewhere else.

Dealership is great. The service department is terrible. I waited 5 hours just to be ţold they had to order a part. I went back the next week to have it installed, I told them I had a appointment and had to leave at 1230. they said it wouldn’t take longer than 3 hours. It was not ready and everyone is at lunch till 100. Missed my appointment. Sucks

The best experience ever! Melissa went above and beyond. She helped me as a mother of two to get the best deal all done over the phone all I had to do was come in an sign paperwork and take take our Truck! Thanks Melissa and Hedrick’s Chevrolet!

This is the second time I have scheduled my car for an 8am appointment and my car «wasn’t ready» any earlier than 4:30pm. I’m the one who has to contact the representative in the service center asking when my car will be finished, not the other way around. I have to play phone tag with the representatives as well as have condescending tones towards my questions in regards to my car. I am never informed of any recalls on my vehicle (even though I receive notices from Chevrolet and have to bring up this topic). Once my warranty expires I will not be taking my car back to Hedrick’s. I get better service at Pep Boys.
The only reason I continue to go to Hedrick’s is due to Troy. His demeanor and personal connection with every customer he comes into contact with is outstanding. Three generations of my family all agree that he is the man to see when it comes to anything at Hedrick’s. The collision center is also very professional and kind towards their customers. I would rather not visit them again (due to the fact that this means my car has been in some sort of accident) but I would not hesitate to recommend Troy or the Collision Center at Hedrick’s.

I had my vehicle towed to Hedricks Chevrolet when I damaged the front end. The collision center personnel, along with the contact person Ernie, were extremely professional and courteous and sensitive to my vehicle issues. They worked with my insurance company and we’re always on top of everything and provided updates on the status of my vehicle. They are easy to work with and will definitely have my business while residing in the Fresno Clovis area. Thank you Hedricks Chevrolet!

Carl at the desk was great throughout the ordeal. No complaints about him or his boss. She was very supportive. The part being replaced, due to a recall, required removing the gas tank. When they put it back, they didn’t properly reconnect the fuel line. I broke down 8 miles away and lost the next 4 hours of my day getting towed and waiting for the re-​repair.

Wen’t to hedricks chevrolet to buy a new 2015. Let me tell you folks I was blown away by the salesman jorge. What a nice guy. He walked with me around there lot telling me everything about the new silverado. And being a truck guy I know alot. I was empressed. So we went inside and I built a new silverado exactly how I wanted. Jorge was in contact with me leting know the progress of my new silverado. Called me when the truck arrived and sent me pictures. just in shock!!! Jorge went above and beyond with my new purchase. When I’m ready to buy again (I’LL BE BACK). 2 thumbs up!!!

I went in for a scheduled oil change at Hedrick’s Chevrolet, where I purchased my vehicle. I pulled into the service center but did not know where to stop; there was not a sign or anything indicating how far I was to drive into the building. I drove past the first counter and saw a wide yellow stripe on the floor within the service center, near a second counter and thought that might the place to stop. A man at that second counter very rudely told me that I was suppose to stop at the first counter. When I tried to explain that I was not sure where I was to stop and suggested that a sign might be helpful. All this person said repeatedly to me AS I was speaking was, «yeah, yeah, yeah…». He had no interest in hearing my comments. I proceeded to the first counter and received less than average customer service. A couple of days later, I responded to a survey sent to me online from Hedrick’s, asking me to rate my experience at the service center. My comments were very negative. Once I submitted this survey I expected to hear back from Hedrick’s. NO ONE bothered to call me to discuss my disappointment with the service provided to me on that day. Needless to say, I will never set foot in Hedrick’s again and I discourage anyone from going there as well.
Today I took my vehicle to Michael’s Chevrolet Automotive Center for problems with my Bluetooth system. My service consultant was Dan Ortenzio. I explained to Dan my negative experience at Hedrick’s and he apologized; once again, he apologized. He was willing to own it; a very professional thing to say and do, especially when you consider Hedrick’s was not; they did nothing. I will continue to take my service business to Dan and encourage everyone to do the same.

After reading reviews about hedricks Chevrolet I was a little skeptical about dealing with them but after meeting Richard (car salesman) my outlook of this car dealership was amazing. He was very respectful, honest, and most importantly very patient with our needs, and by all means I’m definatly not the most easiest guy to please. We didnt feel like he was just out to sell us something, not pushy at all which was a plus, he made buying a truck a wonderful experience…

Stopped by Hedricks after being insulted by what was offered to my wife and I at the other Chevy dealer in town. Was greeted by Jorge. Right away I could tell that Jorge’s top priority was not to make money but to make sure we got what we wanted. He took us back to look at vehicles and asked great questions to figure out what we were looking for. I was very happy when Jorge said «Don’t tell me numbers, lets find what you want first.» By doing so I found out I was asking for features I really didn’t want and didn’t need to pay for. He could have easily gave me what I was asking for but his determination to make sure we were happy wouldn’t let him.
After deciding on what we wanted and making sure of it, he asked us what did we want to pay, not what it costs. After a quick credit check we found just how insulting the prior offer was we purchased a 2015 Silverado fully loaded and its a truck straight out of my dreams.
Hedricks was great on letting us get out money together for the down. We had to move some cash from an IRA. They let us take the truck 5 days before we even put gave them the down.
This dealer cared about us as a customer, not as a sale. I always hope people excel and advance but I also hope Jorge is still at Hedricks so I can buy my next car from him

I went into Hedricks for a repair that was covered under warrenty. Now mind you, I did not buy my car at Hedricks. (Big mistake!), but they treated me as if I had. Mike Fox, the gentlemen who helped me, was just wonderful! He told me that there was recall work that needed to be done on my car, and that they would do that as well. Then their shuttle took me to work, so I didn’t have to sit in the dealership and wait — that was a relief! My car was ready when they said it would be. I am so thrilled with my experience at Hedricks, and I will be going back — although I hope not to soon! I would recommend Hedricks to everybody

Came in for service on my Chevy. Everyone in service department was very friendly even with chaos in the morning with everybody dropping their vehicles off. However, the lady behind the glass when you finish the paperwork upon picking up your vehicles was not very friendly. Maybe she was having a bad day? It was the same lady that when you call in for an appointment and seemed frustrated or in a hurry. It’s probably a fast paced and stressful position, but I reccomend friendliness at all times especially if that’s the last impression of your dealership.

Horrible Service Department. Late, slow and very expensive. They just don’t seem to care or have any clue about customer service. Stay away and find someone who actually wants to help you with your vehicle. Lots of Chevrolet dealerships out there.

I stopped at Hedrick’s after meeting Mr. Hedrick’s at a local fundraising event in the area years previous and knowing of the family name, I thought highly of them which led me to the dealership. After being there only a few minutes, I was approached by George, who ended up spending several hours with me walking around the lot and going on a test drive in a new Equinox, which he kept telling me over and over again that he was not «pushing me to purchase because he was not that type of a salesman». I was not completely convinced that this was the «car for me» even though after finding out that I own a Harley Davidson almost this same color blue, the salesman tried pushing me into this vehicle telling me how it could tow the bike.
I needed to leave as the sales guy new this upon a telephone call I received earlier, but my husband didn’t and the sales guy was «more» than pushy at trying to get him in the door to work on financing for this vehicle that I wasn’t even sure on. So when I said I was leaving, my husband said something to him and next thing you know, the guy jumped into the vehicle, started it, and sped off!!! Not ONE WORD from him! No business card, no thank you for «your time» in stopping by or can I get your phone number to call you? NOTHING BUT CHILDISH BEHAVIOR!!! I am appalled at this and I have thought long and hard about putting this review on here but it’s about honesty and letting others know about truth.
People can not get away with how they mistreat others. It will only harm them in the end! I went on to make a purchase of a vehicle that I drove all the way to Modesto to buy and am more than satisfied with the quality of service that I obtained! I am willing to go the distance for just «that»!
