I have to say that Noppron’s Automotive is the most honest and reasonable pricing automotive shop here in the Central Valley. I got my car fixed here several times and paid 2 times less than what the dealership would have charged me and he does a great job. I highly highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed.

i cant recommend this auto shop enough. we were visiting fresno when we had a radiator crack on the way home. Nopporn himself greeted and took care of us right away. he even said we could have gone there on Easter Sunday as he was open!!! He even called and offered a cheaper part to save on cost. Honest, quick and exceptional work. For an auto shop to have all 3 is a rarity these days. A really big thank you from my whole family.

I have taken 3 vehicles there, every time its a quick turn around to diagnose and repair. The bill has always been fair. I can work on my own vehicles, but do not always have the time. Khon, a mechanic there is a super nice guy and great to work with. The owner Nopporn is as nice as they come as well.

I’ve never met a nicer mechanic than Nopporn. His shop is open 6 days a week and despite being the manager and owner, he takes the time with customers and is there everyday. He’s fixed both my Civic and my sister’s Golf and has always been courteous if he runs into bumps along the way (prices don’t randomly jump up and he doesn’t mind me swinging by to see what he means since I’m paranoid)
Would definitely recommend. I know a lot of mechanics and wannabe mechanics but never hesitated to take my car to him first (if I can’t fix it myself), but sadly, I’m moved to San Diego.

Have to say this guy is honest and sticks to his word even to his detriment. He did a diagnostic after we got a «check engine» light that just wouldn’t go away. He identified the parts that needed replacing and quoted me a price. He had some issues with parts as they kept giving him the wrong part. He was willing to stay late (though he was planning to close at 1pm on Saturday), find the right part, and still stuck to his quoted price even though he said the actual part came in higher than what he expected. Will be a sad day (in some ways) when we replace our cars. Always appreciate an honest guy.

I am starting this out by putting it out in the open that I have never taken my car here.
I haven’t even set foot in the door.
Before you get all crazy on me, there’s a reason.
I call today to get a quote. I ask if they are open on Saturdays. The young girl who answered the phone tells me to hang on and then says «Bye. I mean, hang on.»
I got it, thanks.
I then hear, «Mom? Are we open on Saturdays?»
Mom doesn’t reply.
Daughter gets back on the phone — «Um, I don’t think so.»
Yeah, thanks. I’ll be going somewhere where they can afford to pay a receptionist.

I miss Nopporn’s… Moved to the bay area in 2001, and still haven’t replaced my best ever mechanic. I 1st met Nopporn when he was working at Charlie’s down the street. Great guy, and he always did excellent work. When he opened his own place I went with him and recommended him to all my friends, family and co-​workers. Everyone that has gone to him has become a life-​long customer, no joke.
Nopporn and his mechanics always did excellent work, and are perfectly honest. I’ve been having a VERY hard time finding that here in the bay area. I’ve even kept his number in my phone in case I have car trouble when I’m in Fresno.
