We had Overhead Door replace the spring on our garage door. Two technicians came out on Tuesday and fixed it. 3 days later the door did not go up. Overhead Door was called again. This time the technician Van came out. He surveyed the problem and said he could not fix it then and promised to be back at 5:00 on Sunday. He came at 4:30 on Sunday and had the garage door fixed correctly. I guess prior technicians had something adjust wrong. The Five rating is for Van. He was very courteous and professional. He fixed the problem quickly and professionally.

Great service! Wanted a quieter door mechanism, my dad referred me to these guys and I can see why. When I called to schedule an appointment the lady who answered was really helpful. She took the time to explain what specials they were running and asked questions to ensure I was going to get what I needed. She gave me a quote over the phone that included labor, parts, and a travel fee. The morning of the installation the serviceman was considerate enough to call ahead and let me know he was running about 20 minutes behind schedule. Once he arrive he worked quickly and showed me how everything worked. I appreciated the fact that he let me know he was running behind, I can’t remember the last time a company did that. Overall, a great experience and I am very pleased!

I have used them twice in the last couple of years. They were very professional, the job was done quickly, and the price was fair. I will definitely use them again.
