Being a go-​getter, he worked countless 18 hour days to get the business off the ground and has now developed it into a thriving company. His mechanical knowledge of garage doors and openers is admirable and considered the best in the industry!

Fabulous service & customer care! I called about a busted door and the first question after «Hello» was «Is your car stuck in the garage?” – I appreciated that customer concerns are their priority. Repair person was at my (busted) door within 24 hours. Professional attention to detail: not only did they fix my door, they lubed, adjusted, etc and left the door working as well, smoothly, and silently as when it was first installed. So glad I used this company.

I called and received same day service from Phillips Garage. Repair was two springs and 1-​door screw out; completed in 40-​minutes. My 2-​car garage door was working properly FAST & didn’t try to recommend unnecessary repairs.
Very satisfied with this company & would recommend them for any garage door repair.

So finally after 12 years, my garage door opener goes kaput. It would not open nor close. So through homeowners insurance, a company called Phillips Garage Door was assigned to fix my unit. When they first contacted me, I had some issues with them concerning scheduling conflicts. The latest appointment that they offer is 3pm. So after working out a solution, progress what attained.
The repairman came out and assessed the problem. Parts for my unit were no longer in production, therefore a new one would be installed. The repairman was professional and diligent. He had installed a new unit, bracket, chain, and sensors within 45 minutes! My door opens smoothly and the sensors stop the door for any obstruction. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to the Phillips Garage Door.

My home insurance had them come to install a garage opener after my old one broke. Even though I don’t have a choice which company to go with, I have to say it was a great experience. The tech, Manuel, was professional and helpful in explaining about the new opner. It was a quick and nice job done. Def. will call for future issues.

I contacted Phillips with a friends recommendation when I wasn’t satisfied with CV Overhead. I was given a 4-​hr wi die for arrival for an estimate but Nike, owner showed up first thing in the morning, which worked out perfectly with the day’s schedule. He was informative, educated me on my existing system, and made recommendations that suited my needs. Wish I knew about them before I replaced my garage door opener 2 years ago :-(

Our garage door jumped off the track and I called Phillips Garage Doors and they had a serviceman out within the hour.
He knew exactly what to do to repair the problem and notice several potential problems that could have been serious if not repaired. There was no «high pressure» sales attempt to have me get additional items that I didn’t need but he showed me exactly the problems and it was clear that they needed replacement.
The charge for the repair was exactly what was the quote to do the job.
I would definitely recommend Phillips to everybody.

A torsion spring broke on my garage and had messed up the drive system. I called Phillips Garage Door in the morning and an appointment was setup for the same afternoon. The technician was prompt, professional, and very friendly. It took him less than an hour to replace both torsion springs, fix the drive mechanism, and complete a full tune up of garage door. I highly recommend!

Just had new doors and an opener installed by Phillips. Very pleased with their service. Called to get an estimate and was met a day or two later on site and on time. They walked me through all the options without the high pressure sales routine of some places. Once we agreed on the doors and price, they thought it would be about two weeks to get everything in. Within 15 mins of leaving I got a call that they can get all the parts within a day or so and can book me sooner. From beginning to end the project was done in less than a week. The finished product is great and at a good price. All their employees were friendly and helpful.
I would highly recommend them to friends and family. They will be getting all my future business as well.

I went with this company in the past but was too cheap to pay the service fee at the time, so I went with another company that charged a discounted $ 39 from an internet deal — bad mistake on my part. Was told by the other garage door company that my spring needed replacement and that it would cost me $ 200+. I deferred from having it repaired. Months later, I went with Phillips. When the technician from Phillips arrived, I told him about the initial diagnosis from the other company so therefore inspected the spring. He advised me that the spring was fine and that my garage merely needed maintenance only — I saved over $ 100 due to his honesty. This company is as good as it gets!

I just had a great experience with Phillips Garage Door. My door was not closing, bent and generally looked like it had been in an earthquake. Phillips came out fast and got it working within 30 minutes. The door is old and will need to be replaced but he bought us some much needed time. They are so pleasant and more importantly Knowledgeable. It was obvious he knew what he was doing. If you need help with your garage door don’t think twice… CALL THEM. they are great and you will be happy you did.

Fast and professional service. I was stuck in my house with a broken garage door opener and they arrived very quickly and fixed the problem immediately. Mike was very professional and friendly. He also helped program a garage door opener that wasn’t working well which I really appreciated. Even the lady who answers phones for them was sweet and patient with me, while assuring me they would get someone out asap. Also, I was able to use my credit card through their secure technician’s ipad device — I appreciate the updated technology since I don’t like when my credit card number is written down or not even accepted by many service professionals.

Snap! rattle rattle rattle !!
what was that? I don’t know !
next day I found out. the spring on our roll up garage door had broken!
called Phillips I had to get it fixed quick as I use my motorcycle for my work and it’s now trapped!
guy came out at the early end of the promised window said he would have it fixed in half an hour or so.
poof! Magic! both springs replaced within 30 min!
he lubed all the rollers and it works better than ever! we will recommend to others!

We are so happy with Phillips Garage Door! They have serviced our doors a couple times over the years.
We installed a new garage door opener a few months ago, and it just wasn’t working right (note — we installed it — they did not). We called yesterday and they came today. The door was fixed (we had installed it improperly) and serviced, our second door was also serviced (just because they were here, we didn’t ask, they just took care of it!), he re-​programmed our remote key pad (and replaced the battery — oops! No wonder it didn’t work!).
I believe it was Mike who performed our service. He was courteous, timely, pulled spare parts and batteries out of his truck, charged us what was initially quoted, and took care of more than we had asked for.
I will certainly continue to call Phillips anytime we need garage door service, and I highly recommend them to you!

I called on Monday to set up a time for Phillips to come by my house to give me a quote for replacing my double garage doors. They told me someone would be by between 8am and noon on Wednesday. While I thought a four hour window to get a quote was a bit long, I agreed and took a half day off work. They didn’t show, no phone call, nothing. When I finally called at 12:15 to tell them that I was headed back to work, the lady on the phone had no clue what the situation was… she had the field guy call me back to say he was now, at 12:20, «on his way». I couldn’t wait any longer (after waiting 4 hours AND using my vacation time). I am so glad I found out BEFORE I spent thousands of dollars what poor customer service they have. They wasted my time, but my money is going to one of their competitors!!!

Very friendly, reasonably priced, prompt response and they did great work.
Came out for a broken spring, and they «tuned up» and lubricated my opener as part of the service, adjusted the arms and now my opener is very quiet. Can’t give them higher praise.
