History

Established in 1994.

AdvantaClean was founded in Winter Park, Florida as a contracting business specializing in emergency loss mitigation services and structural repairs to homes and buildings. The original partners created the company after gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience responding to Hurricane Andrew, which ravaged South Florida in August of 1992.

Today, AdvantaClean has over 120 offices nationwide and is headquartered in Huntersville, North Carolina on a five-​acre industrial site. A state-​of-​the-​art 22,000 square foot campus includes executive training facilities, a continuing education center and a simulation environment for hands-​on technical instruction. AdvantaClean provides services throughout the entire United States, including Puerto Rico and Hawaii, and is registered to serve clients in Canada.
