We provide basic, beginner and advanced firearms training in both NRA certified and non NRA classes. We offer one-​on-​one classes as well as group classes at the same price, to suit the student’s needs. Classes are offered most every day of the week to provide flexability to the student. If you are new to firearms or just feel inexperienced, we provide free consultations to help you choose the best weapon (leathal or non-leathal)for your circumstance.

History

Established in 2012.

Defensive Logic was established as a way for its owner Tom Grounder, to share his passion for firearms. Tom is retired military and formerly in law enforcement where he gained an extensive amount of knowledge regarding firearms, personal protection and the laws that bind both. He perceives a vast amount of misinformation in the industry and is working to eradicate it.

NRA Certified instructor Tom Grounder is an avid firearms shooter and passionate about proper training for others. He is retired from the U.S. Army and is also former law enforcement, which is where his passion for firearms and training commenced.

Too many instructors do not provide the essential training and infomation that is critical to help you understand the responsibility that comes with the legal carry and/​or engagement with a hand gun and the other implementations of defense.

The goal of Defensive Logic is to provide our clients with a positive and enjoyable experience in training.

There is plenty of mis-​information available out there but Tom is making it his mission to provide a respected and reliable source for you to find the answers you need to make critical decision about your personal safety.
