We live about 10 minutes from this location and ordered a large pizza with two toppings and breadsticks. They told us it would be 20 minutes to prepare which is perfect and then it would be out for delivery. After an hour and half had passed the delivery guy finally showed up at our house. Both food items were cold and the toppings on the pizza were completely wrong. Thankfully we will eat just about anything when we are starving and the breadsticks were fine warmed up, but if it were any other time we would have sent him back to the store pizza still in hand and no money. We will not be ordering from this location again.

Got a coupon mailer and decided to give Fat Boys a try. For 19.99 I got 2 large 2 topping pizzas, 4 small basic salads, and bread sticks. Also ordered a batch of garlic parm. Wings. All in all it was worth the final price of 40 bucks. Not bad. The pizza was good, the wings were OK. Their menu has a lot more to offer that I’d like to try, like the gyro pizza. Their delivery time was about 30 min just like they said. Will def. Give them another try.

This is by far the worse customer service I have ever had. Not only did they get our entire order wrong but when we called them all they did was offer to send the ingredients to our house for us to do THEIR JOB!!! We paid $ 60 dollars for and this was coming from the MANAGERS mouth. He then proceeded to tell us not to touch any of the food cause he wanted to see what it looked like and he can swap it out.
So let me get this straight I waited over an hour for my food that you and your crew messed up and then you tell me you want me to finish making the food you messed up?!? Hell no! We will not be back here and I recommend no one else go here this place doesn’t even deserve one star. What it needs is new employees, manager and a class that teaches professional customer service!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. If I could I would have given them zero stars, they were late, over priced somehow even using their coupons, they ask if you want to tip before you even receive your food. When we got our food the delivery driver was just awkward and creepy, when we opened up the pizza box the pizza was barely warm if that, barely any cheese and so few pepperoni we couldn’t even tell they were on the pizza. It honestly tasted as if the pizza had been sitting around over an hour before they just threw it in a box, we were starving and still could only stomach a piece each then attempted to fill up on the breadsticks. Usually the breadsticks they make are okay only due to them being parmesan and butter soaked, this time they skimped on even those details. This was the last straw for them in our book. Little Caesars tastes better than this hands down and you pay sooooo much less. Sounds like it’s time for them to just give up and close after looking at all the bad reviews before us, they obviously don’t care about their product or customers.

I ordered the subs at 5:16 pm. The time stamp of the order receipt email reflected this. The ETA was 6 pm, according to the email. 6:15 pm, no food. We call. They say the order wasn’t in their system at the store until 5:50 pm. The manager looked up the email, and saw it was ordered at 5:15 pm. The manager offered a 10% discount. My husband said that wasn’t good enough. At this point, the food was 30 minutes late. The store manager put my husband on hold for 10 minutes to call the general manager. All they would offer was the 10% discount. At this point, the food was 45 minutes late. We canceled the order and they said it would take 10 business days to get the money reimbursed. We took our business to Subway. We will never order from Fat Boys Pizza, again.

I have ordered from here 2 times and the 1st time I thought they had to be on a bad night or it was just my luck NOPE both times were bad experiences and poor quality of food. 1st time I ordered a Pepperoni and Cheese Pizza ugh… ZERO Flavor to the pizza. Toppings were scarce. BUT it was a weekend night, they delivered there I went, and after we ate a slice and ended up putting the rest in the fridge and not thought about to eat again until trash day and I was like oh crap we still have this pizza in the fridge. They say you get what you spend… they are def right… drive on down to the Little Ceasers that way at least you get what you spend. Now the fun part…
The second time around ordering again weekend night starving ect… I already knew the pizza was gross so I figured lets try something different. Ordered 2 subs and had them delivered. The Subs should have been called Breads… Cold white thick buns with nothing in the middle hardly. The total was cheap again you get what you pay for… I wish i would learn this… the subs were also soggy when I insisted NO sauce of any sorts what do i get a triple helping of wet nasty sauce maybe what they considered Italian I am not rightly sure. But it was disgusting none the less, and made it cold and soggy! Well that was only a tiny problem little did I know my card ended up that night being charged 14.00 and some change 7 times~!!! I called in shock 2 subs ended up 7 hold charges for over 8 days! They some how never released or over authorized I dunno but over 100.00 worth of charges for 8 days for 2 subs that tasted like Pond Scum! Never NEVER NEVER again! Be prepared they mess up orders hold charges on your debit card for 8 days and when you call and talk to them there response is Derr Derrr I dunno what happened…

We ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza to go and when we got it home I opened the box and literally gasped. The pizza had nine pieces of sausage and I thought the rest had fallen off. I called to see if there was a sausage shortage but was assured there was none. I then asked to speak to a manager to inform them that the lack of sausage on my 30 dollar pizza was unacceptable but she disagreed, after she informed me she was the general manager of fat boys pizza but only at this location, she generously offered me a 10% discount even though the coupons stapled to the box were a better deal than what she offered I just shook my head in defeat and hung up the phone after telling the general manager she sucked. Never order from this location they obviously have a meat shortage they are in denial about.

Very good pizza for the price. we really like the breadsticks, but to be fair it’s because it’s got a lot of butter and parmesean, not that the breadsticks themselves are particularly great.
The problem? You never know how long it is going to take regardless of the estimate we get, and there’s probably a 30% chance of them screwing up at least some of the order.
Ever since a little ceasars came near here, we are much less likely to use them even though their pizza is better…

Huge Disappointment! Ordered their $ 18.99 special for 2 Lrg 2-​topping pizzas and a side order of 20 count hot wings. I was told it would take 45 – 60 mins to get here. These pizzas looked like they were refrigerated overnight and popped in the microwave. Wings were unfit to satisfy a man’s hunger. I was better off going to the grocery and buying some frozen pizzas. Only recommend them if you are drunk and want to throw your valuable money away.

People are having mixed reviews on this place. As am I. I’ve had them a few times. They are close to post. The older black gentleman is lively for his age and me laugh when he delivered. The very first time I ordered I’ll never forget. The older black man brought the pizza I signed the credit card reciept. He was walking off and say pretty loud «Anytime you’re hungry… you know what to do.» Then turned around so serious and pointed right at me «ORDER FAT BOYS PIZZA!!!» I almost fell out my chair it was awesome. The last time I went is what actually kept me as a customer. I put in my order for an Office. I order a 20 Inch Pizza and some wings. After I payed I asked if I could add extra sauce when I watched them put it on told them I’d pay. The lady, don’t know her name… turned around with a Giant Smile said don’t worry about it, it’s all about the customer right. They had a incredible amount of toppings. I have no idea what the other reviewers experienced. Like I said I’ve had diff exp. with them too though. Most are good. I always give people multiple chances. I saw the make their own chicken they had it on the counter. I was curious got some type of Chicken Sandwich, I asked if they could bring it to me early. It wasn’t superb, but it was good. I demolished it. When they brought out the pizza, the man had added some breadsticks garlic and such free of charge. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY amazing. Pizza isn’t the best I ever had, but it’s good and their customer service keeps me coming.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! We just ordered the Family Special they are running today for delivery for $ 19.99. Then when he ran the total he said it would be $ 27.99 (not including tax and delivery fees!). Crooked how they change their prices after they ask for your card numb!
The rep said it’ll be about 45 mins delivery time. After 65 mins, I called and was told the driver just dropped off the order ahead of us and would be at our house in 5 – 7 mins.
15 MORE MINUTES LATER– no pizzas.
Called again and spoke to the manager. He didn’t apologize nor offer any compensation and didn’t seem phased that we were wanting a refund/​cancelation.
** If you don’t even take pride in your product and suck at customer service then you are in the wrong business, Fat Boys!
No attempt was made to keep us as a customer or even as a returning guest.
Pathetic! Called Domino’s and they had it to us in 20 mins.
I’m forced to give this atleast one star. Also they skimp on their toppings and will give you an old pizza that’s been sitting out.

Decent pizza– it’s worth it to get extra cheese and sauce though. Their «famous» garlic bread was so thick with grease and butter so that was disappointing. I always pop the pizza in the oven for 10 – 15 mins to crisp up the crust too.

I eat at Fat Boys Pizza for the first time, my wife and I loved it and Tatiana helped us and she was very friendly and I can tell she loves working with people.

Ive tried to give this a place a chance the pizza is horrible so I tried the sandwiches on a another occasion wow was I sorry first off they forgot half my order and upon attempting to eat it it was so soggy it could not be picked up absolutely inedible
two horrible meals is about all I can take if you want good food DON’T EAT HERE

Duuude, it’s hard to order pizza when you and the guy on the phone are both high. I called, ordered a large 1-​topping canadian bacon thin crust pizza and the dude says, «That’ll be $ 16, and it’ll be 45 minutes.» Since I was baked, I didn’t even think twice and just said, «OK.»
When I told my wife it’d be 45 minutes and $ 16 for a $ 5.99 pizza she called them back. The dude had all the right info but when he read it off to her he realized it wasn’t right and got that sorted out.
We had pizza within 15 minutes and ate it on the way home. It was our first Fat Boyz experience other than having gyros and salads delivered a few times. We found another place with gyros 3 times bigger for half the price so we won’t be doing that any more!
Oh the pizza! It was so light I had to check to see if it was really in the box! It was hot and had a good amount of Canadian bacon on it, but seemed to lack cheese. It wasn’t greasy, the crust was just a little under-​crunchy, but we finished it off before we got home! The Canadian bacon was strangely sweet, the sauce slightly bitter, and it was overall a pretty great pizza for the price.
