Came in the other day and was helped by Teresa she was super nice in helping me change my booking from one to two beds. She made it so easy! I will definitely come stay here again. Look for Teresa she is awesome!

Had a last minute business trip come up and was absolutely amazed by the how friendly, efficient, and mindful the late night staff were. The front desk employee, Danny, competed our exact wants and needs all with a cheery can-​do attitude. Will stay here again because of their fantastic customer service.

Came here looking for a meeting room for my sisters baby shower and I loved it! Elizabeth didn’t get her last name was so helpful. Very friendly staff also. Will definitely be back.

Elizabeth was awesome, she helped me out a lot and was more than happy to help me with all the dumb questions I had! The room and bathroom were spotless and the rest of the staff was super friendly.

The assistant mangers Liz and Erika are wonderful! The hooked us up! Really appreciate it

I was in town with my family and got a room with 2 queen beds. Check in was fast simple and friendly. The rooms condition was perfect. I am a bit of a neat freak so I was extremely glad that the room was clean. Beds were comfortable and pillows felt like heaven. We really enjoyed our stay. Also the pool was a nice addition. We most certainly recommend this hotel if you are in the Colton area.

WORST HOTEL I’ve ever stayed at! One of the better looking hotels in the area but in regards to service horrible. Every staff member we encountered was so rude. The second night we came back after our group worked until two in the morning all of our room keys were deactivated. All seven of us had to get that figured out conveniently in the middle of the night.
At 7:30am I got up to get breakfast but there wasn’t enough food for the amount of people staying so that was a bummer. 11:15am we had a knock on our door from a housekeeper asking us if we were leaving yet. Our friends we were with experienced the same situation even though we asked for late check out.
As I was walking back to the lobby later I passed by a room, took a glance in and the house keeper looked like she was going through the bag of a guest and was startled when she realized I was walking by. I had to walk by again not soon after and the door was shut.
I don’t ever feel the need to write a review but I haven’t feel so uncomfortable at a hotel.

Just stayed their for the night with my twin girls! They enjoyed swimming in the pool and jacuzzi. It was pretty quiet on a Saturday night! We’d stay here again!

Ok if you must do business in Colton this is the place to stay. Reasonable prices for the clean, safe and recently remodeled hotel. We were two ladies and I think the check in clerk gave us the room close to the front desk to help us feel safe although this hotel made me feel fine on arriving. I felt the staff were friendly and accommodating. Full breakfast that they replenished quickly and the customers here are not your red light type. I would recommend if you are found in this city.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I booked through
and got a great rate which included a microwave and refrigerator which I requested due to having a broken foot and on medication and unable to get around easily. I checked in and when i walked in to the room i saw that the comforter had dirty stains on it and no refrigerator and no microwave. I immediately called the front desk and they said they would have a new comforter sent over but that i would have to pay $ 15 more per day for a fridge and microwave. I was so upset I double checked my itinerary and confirmed that the fridge and microwave was to be included at no additional charge. I asked to speak to management. This manager was rude and continuously accused me of lying about type of room I had booked. So i had to walk across the building with a broken foot to prove to him that i was telling the truth. Even after i showed him, he still refused to honor it. I was so upset that I called
to let them know what happened. They immediately called the hotel and it turns out the manager made the error and should have honored my reservation. They offered to provide me with fridge and microwave but by then I was so humiliated I did not want to go back, so they refunded my money and I ended up leaving. I will NEVER attempt to stay here again. Management never apologized either.

I was here for 2 nights on business. The front desk clerks were excellent, however one of the housekeeping ladies was very nasty and rude. All I did was ask her for some towels and wash clothes. I was appalled at her attitude. She said something to me in Spanish and judging by the body language and facial expression, it wasn’t nice at all. I notified the manager on duty and he said he would handle it. I chose this franchise because of its excellence and I love this chain of hotels. The breakfast each morning was good and the location is close to the freeway and not too far from the outlets, if you like to shop.

Staff is very rude. They got a couple of girls who work the front desk that make you feel as if your taking time out of their hands. I myself am Mexican but these girls make me wonder why are nationality gets a bad rep. The rooms are clean but customer service goes a long way with me. The manager Nick has the same attitude as them and is an denial of what is going on. The owner of this place really needs to do some observation of how their staff treats its customers.
I was forced to stay here as part of my company CR England but if i had the choice i would rather stay at motel 6 thats how bad their attitude is here. They got a swimming pool in the back but i never once saw them clean it.

The interior of the facility is clean, however the majority of the staff are VERY rude. I recommend their sister property Rodeway Inn just down the street from here. The rooms are comparable, there are numerous places to eat all within walking distance and the ENTIRE staff is friendly. The rates are FAR better as well.
If you enjoy condescending staff and receiving little value for the money, then perhaps this is the right place.

For the price and the neighborhood, I was stunned how nice it was.
This is right off the freeway in a less than nice neighborhood. But once I was in the parking lot, you never felt at risk and I never heard the freeway in 3 days of staying there.
CCTV covering the parking and the hallways. No smoking in the parking lot except one or two areas.

While the hotel was pretty nice, the front desk workers in the morning RUINED my entire experience here.
I was working a music gig and didn’t get to bed until about 8 o’clock in the morning, that being said didn’t wake up until I got a call in the room at noon saying we were an hour late for check-​out time and will be charged $ 10 for every hour we don’t physically go down to the hotel and give them the room key.
I asked them where that condition was written out for us, and the woman on the phone said its in the contract we signed at check in.
I hustled went to check out at about 12:30, where they guy asked me to sign an extra charge bill for 16.95. I said i thought it was $ 10 per hour, he said yea, and its 12:30 so that;‘s $ 15. Oh so now its $ 5 per every half hour plus a credit card processing fee. How wonderful
I asked the guy at the desk for a copy of my contract so I can see what this $ 5 per half-​hour late check out fee is all about, because in the dozens and dozens of hotels I’ve stayed at, I’ve never heard of such a thing.
He said its not written any where, but its something they do.
I tried to explain to him that you cannot just add on random fee’s and penalties to patrons with out having it written in the contract. I let him know hes not allowed to do that.
His response? «Well I just did, take it up with the bank»
I then check my bank account and see that no, it wasn’t a $ 16.95 charge but a $ 100 charge!
absolutely ridiculous. These guys are slimeballs and will try to scam you out of 15 $ on the hopes you wont care about a small amount of money, but the principle of the whole thing is messed up… wonder how many others they have gotten like this???
Tried to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but guess what? They aren’t apart of it. Guess I know why.

This is a newer comfort inn and it’s very nice for being in Colton. Everything is pretty much new. We stayed in a king bedroom suite and it was big, clean and over all very nice. The area where the hotel is seems ghetto but we didn’t have any problems and it was very quiet. Breakfast was good and they had eggs, waffle maker, coffee, different juices to choice from and many other options. Staff was friendly and I asked for extra sheets for the sofa bed and front desk girl brought it to our room. Checking in was fast and check out was also. I don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel everything was perfect just keep in mind the hotel is in a neighborhood… but you will be fine lol plus the price was excellent!

Its actually not too shabby. I’ve stayed at worst places. like death worse.
This is actually pretty nice, smelled clean and everything i needed. a bed, with semi comfortable bedding and mattress. a bathroom with a hot shower. blow dryer. TV. natural lighting and ample parking spaces.
The location was next to the freeway and close to the NOS event center that i needed to go to. so really its not bad considering i expected something run down.
