Flawless Landscaping and Tree Service

This landscaping company did a tremendous job with rebuilding and cleaning my paver patio! Before today, I could never stand to take even one glance at the patio. The paver stones were discolored and black; weeds were growing from every possible crack; last but not least, the patio was uneven with water draining towards the house! The previous homeowners clearly did not know how to build a patio (nor do I). That is when I decided to take a chance with Flawless landscaping’s services.
I received 4 quotes ranging up to $ 4k to simply re-​level the patio’s base, clean, and re-​build it! Well Flawless got my vote because they were the most cost effective. I am so glad I chose them. The patio workers were respectful and easy to communicate with. I could tell the main employee working on my patio loved this kind of work. It is nice that he had various experiences with landscaping all over downtown and OSU. When all was finished, the patio looked brand new — no more black mold on the stones, no more weeds, and the patio is almost perfectly level! I’m so glad that I took a chance with this crew and will keep them in mind for future landscaping projects.

Just got a estimate and the guy didn’t listen to a word I said. I went over in detail about what i wanted and the estimate came back completely different. He answer was this is what I recommend. I appreciate his thoughts but to completely ignore me was not expected. He didn’t even have the right number of stump removal that I went over with him several times. I mentioned 5 several times and the quote was 2.
