honestly some of the most rude people i have ever met work here. for some reason, whenever i come to this location, the employees are always hostile and rude and not helpful at all. they seem to not take me seriously? and i’m not sure if it’s because of the fact that i’m younger than most j crew consumers? i’ve never understood what sets me aside from the other willing, paying customers, and have never gotten treated this terribly at any other j crew that i’ve been to. no one approached me to ask ever if i needed help, and when i did ask– the employees didn’t seem to take my questions seriously and didn’t help at all. i left the store empty handed and very frustrated. i will make sure to tell anyone that asks about this location that they should just go to the easton store instead.

Their sale racks are always much better than the ones at Easton. I will say that out of the countless J. Crew stores I have visited, this one has some of the least friendly employees I’ve encountered… but with all of my awesome finds, I didn’t even care. Leather ballet flats for $ 37, sweatshirts for $ 30 and sweaters for $ 35?! I could not resist.

The staff was nice, helpful, and available. I was a bit disappointed with the men’s selection — there’s so much more online than in the store! The clothes they do have a well organized, however, into easy to understand sections.
