I am done with this location. Every time we go through the drive thru they leave something out. Do yourself a favor and drive a few miles north. The manager Bart is no help.

I really hate to keep slamming the same place over and over again. In fact I’ve never done that before. But with this McDonald’s location, I just can’t help myself. A little over a year later and this place is STILL the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. And yesterday’s visit was my last. The only reason I even bother going is because my son and his dad request it on occasion. Sometimes I’ll get myself something, sometimes not. Last night I decided to get a sandwich. It was wrong. Again. Since all of this began, I have communicated with Mickey D’s HQ on several occasions regarding several really bad experiences. They keep promising to look into it. However, the last THREE times I’ve visited this location, I’ve gone home with incorrect orders. A sandwich that wasn’t supposed to have cheese had cheese on it. A salad that was supposed to have crispy chicken had grilled chicken instead. And it was written CLEARLY on my receipt what I had ordered. Either these people can’t read or they just don’t care how food goes out to the customer. Nothing is being done about it, which shows me nobody cares. You people at this location REALLY need to get your sh*t together. I don’t know why I bother whining about this stuff because it really doesn’t do any good. But it’s nice to just get it off my chest. And the next time my kid requests McDonald’s, it will either be from another McDonald’s location or he’ll have to choose a different restaurant altogether.

You know I love reviewing bad McDonald’s. I really do. I pulled up to the speaker and waited about a minute. There were no other cars at the other speaker. After the greet, I ordered a vanilla shake. Dead silence for several seconds. Employee — «Our shake machine is down right now.» Me: «How long until it’s ready again?» Dead silence for about 15 to 20 seconds. Employee: «We don’t know, we need to fix it.» Me: «When will that be?» Employee: «It shouldn’t be long, but I’m not sure.» Me being an ass: «Should I wait here or come back in a few minutes?» Employee: «Uh, we had to call for someone to come and fix it and we don’t know when they will get here. Is there anything else I can get you?» Me: «No thank you.» Then I read Linda’s E.‘s review before posting this. You should too. It’s like a bad soap opera…
