At Paws & Play your dog is treated like family. Whether they are here for daycare, boarding or grooming they will be loved and taken care of by our daycare specialist and groomer. We, the owners, also get in on the fun. Our goal is to make sure your «baby» gets a full day of play where he/​she can be safe, loved on and go home happy and tired. Plus they get the advantage of being socialized with other dogs and people while they are having a blast. Taking home a tired and happy dog helps make home a much more relaxing place.

History

Established in 2008.

I opened Paws & Play because my Basset Hound, «Gabby», needed play time while I was at work. Since Columbus didn’t a daycare I decided to open one myself. So after a lot of research and learning, plus a lot of help from my family we opened on April 23, 2008. At the time my two sons worked with me and after several months of continued growth I started hiring additional help. It has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I love what I do. In 2014 my husband started working with me. I think we make a great team of dog lovers!
